I bought 12 trees and two were in bad shape twigs for a 5' -6' trees! Over all I'm happy with the trees.

For what I paid for my tree and that I brought the larger one, I expected it to be more robust than what showed up. What leaves it did have all fell off two days after it arrived.

Shipping took way too long, I hope it survives.

The male sea buckthorn I received was snapped off at the base upon receipt and subsequently died. The shipping container did not appear to have been damaged in transit. I think it was simply packed without adequate support to ensure its safe arrival.

Tree ordered took a several days to ship, waiting for tree took a week to arrive only to find out that all 4 leaves of the tree had several brown spots. Very disappointed because the tree was expensive.

I have not yet planted these trees because of cold temperatures, they arrived in very good shape & are currently in my garage awaiting better/no frost nights to be planted

Even after confirming that I had the right size for my flowerpots, they came much smaller and won't fit. Now I have plants I have to either get rid of or buy pots to fit them... very disappointing. Would have been much better off purchasing in a store where i could make sure they were exactly what I wanted.

The windmill palm tree that I ordered was damaged in shipping when I emailed customer service they sent a replacement tree that was better then the ones I originally ordered thank you for excellent customer service I will definitely buy from fast growing trees in the future and I will recommend them To my friends and family. Thank you

Very expensive for this palms paid $200 I lose money

Items were packaged securely and arrived very quickly. I ordered 10 items, and only had an issue with 1 item, which the company resolved, by sending a replacement plant free of cost very quickly.

Ordered 8 trees received 4 and one was broken. Took a long time but they finally credited my account. My time was wasted and had to pay my guys for 8 trees to plant 3
Last lady at the customer service finally credited credited my account for trees that was never shipped.

Ordered before. Great trees. Great customer service when we received a dud.

Shipment arrived in great condition and our Cypress trees are in the ground. A bit too soon to see if the remain hearty and start growing well.

The trees and bushes arrived fast and in good health. I have them all planted now.

The blueberry tree looks good with flowers. Very happy with that.
I did not receive the everbearing strawberry plant. I received another blueberry plant instead, a total of three blueberry plants. I spoke with someone and she said she will send the strawberry Kant and I should receive it this week. My concern is these two
Blueberry plants looks dried up and brown. I am hoping they will grow. If they grow I will be very very happy!

We received two trees on 4/16 even though we were originally told that our shipment wasn't supposed to ship out until the week of 5/3. The trees that we received were a bit limp in the box when they arrived and so we immediately planted them per instructions but the temperatures dropped quickly overnight and froze the trees. I'd be surprised if these trees ever recover. Would have preferred that FastGrowingTrees stuck to original delivery date to give the weather a chance to settle in as temps in the Northeast fluctuate quite a bit in April. Only time will tell.

The tree was in good condition but it is one sided, I hope the limbs will grow to the other side.

Plants arrived in great condition, looked fresh and vibrant.

We ordered a mimosa tree for our front yard, not only for the beauty of the tree, but also for shade. We decided to go for the 5-6 foot size. Our shipment was delayed a few days. They said the tree would be pruned for the health of the root base... when I opened it the poor thing was completely bare. It's been about 2 1/2 weeks & its sprouting like crazy.
Definitely would recommend to family & friends.

Shipping was fast and trees arrived well packaged & healthy
