I had a problem with my order and the customer service was excellent. I have nothing but great things to say about them. It was nothing less than a treat to work with them to resolve my issue.
I had a problem with my online request and they were very helpful to rectify it. I could not ask for better service.
When I lost my son's birth certificate, I was in a panic. The ordering process was fast and easy. When an issue did arise, the customer service team was quick to respond and went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. Will use again in the future.
I found this site by recommendation so I know it's good, but I placed an order only to find out my husband had already ordered one. I submitted a cancellation request and within hours I received a response from a representative. I'm very relieved and impressed.
This is not a company I would recommend. First of all it does not do anything than mail you an application for your birth Certificate application. It took 10 days to get the applications and come to find out another 7 weeks to get the birth certificate. I could have printed this out online for free instantly. Instead I paid $35 and still had to do everything myself and it lengthened the process instead of speeding it up. It might have been my mistake and i did not fully understand but when I contacted them they made me beg and plead for a refund. They told me to return the application and I would receive a refund. I did this and now they are refusing me and making me beg and plead again. I literally mean beg and plead. I have finally given up with no refund because no matter how many times and how nice I ask they keep toying with me. Don't waste time and money just go online print up the application yourself and mail it off.
This individual has been very aggressive and accusatory, and as a company that believes in mutual respect, we do not negotiate with people who are abrasive, aggressive, or rude. We have told this individual many times that if she changes her approach, we are happy to accommodate her request. That is still an offer that is on the table.
I was worried my order wouldn't work out as I hoped, but the customer service acted fast! I would use this service in the future for especially complicated forms.

After I made payment I was informed they would send me the paperwork to file. They dont actually file the paperwork for you. After I requested they refund my credit card, they refused. I could see I'd it had been a day but it was literally one minute later. This is the response that I got from them, " Sorry we don't see eye to eye. We will be expecting your bank dispute. And no, based on the contract you agreed to, you do not have the right to cancel a service that was already provided. Anyway, we will work this out through your bank when they contact us. You will likely see a temporary credit after you open your dispute, then that credit will be reversed in about 2 weeks or so once we show them the contract and service you agreed to.
Anyway, your package should be there very soon! I do strongly suggest next time you actually read what you are ordering:)

This was after a few very rude emails asking "what part did I not understand." I explained several times that they did not file the paperwork and that is fraudulent advertising. I thought they would be sending me a birth certificate. They only fill out paperwork. I could have done that myself and then you still have to fill out other paperwork and pay state fees. Deceitful! Beware! The worse customer service ever.
I paid for services in early March, for both my birth certificate and my social security card, I waited over 80 days to only receive my birth certificate and not my social security card. They failed to do my order in complete and refuse to refund me for their mistake. Would not recommend this service IT IS NOT FAST OR ACCURATE.
They got back to me in a timely fashion with a questuon that I had and were able to assist me in my needs.
I realized shortly placing my order that I no longer needed their services. While their policy says no returns the company was understanding and prompt to respond to my email.
