Lowball offer

After sending photos for quote on my luxury items the offer I got is so ridiculous. My brand new LV shawl they offering $100. My Gucci guccissima bag that I only use twice $100 and my Hermes belt bag in very good condition they offer me $100 for a Hermes bag! Other sites selling it for $1k above. I understand they trying to make profit but man, I paid wayyy more than that. I just think selling at fashionphile getting worst!

Great Product, Slow Shipping

My wallet showed up as listed. Great condition, included the dust bag and proof of authenticity. The only issue I had with my order was that it took a month and a half to get here. With that being said, we are military stationed overseas but we do have a US address and anything sent priority mail is usually here in 2 weeks or less. However, this package went snail mail and ended up coming by boat. I don't completely blame the company for this, as they probably didn't know, but I would suggest looking into a better way to ship to military personnel overseas. Next time I'll order it to a family member and have them forward it through priority shipping.

I had the most amazing first experience with Fashionphile! First of all, the app is super easy to use! Also, when I wanted to see the bag in natural light and on a body, the FP team sent photos via email right away. Lastly, I purchased my Chanel Boy Bag at 9 p.m. on a Tuesday, by Wednesday at 9 a.m. my shipping label was already created and the bag was shipped out the door that afternoon. I really appreciate this kind of promptness - especially when I'm waiting for my first Chanel bag!

Loved everything about my purchase. I caught a discount code, and was able to pay for my gucci belt in increments which made it attainable. My belt was delivered within 3 days which was impressive. When I opened the box everything had my smiling from ear to ear. From the confetti detail, the box for my item instead of just sending the belt in a dust bag alone was all impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed how they even put tags on my belt because it made it feel like i bought a brand new belt rather than preowned. The belt was in meticulous condition also. I am pleased above and beyond. Im officially a fashionphile fan!

I never receive my package and Fashionphile did not willing to be responsible to it.
Bases on what they told me, they still require signatures on package delivery. However, Since the covid, ups, fedex can drop off the package just getting an e-sign. - which means they can e-sign anywhere and don't really have to see me. I asked Fashionphile to provide my actual signature as a proof- they could not, but they just told me abt the e-sign.
Funny thing is weeks after, i tried to placed an order then I found out Fashionphile suspended my account after i file this issue with them.- really? The only one time i did not receive my item and Ive been a member since 2017... i could not help but wonder if they are racist? This is too much... so i lost my money and my account?
Based on 2 events above, I can see they value their customers poorly. THEY DO NOT CARE
I do not want to risk another thousands of dollars on them. And you should't either.
I'd shop with other similar retailers.
