So in love with my gently used first designer bag!

Purchased the Balenciaga Triple S 35 white sneakers on a lay-away and couldnt have been more happy with it! The lay-away option is a convenient and helpful option to have especially when youre on a budget while eyeing for the luxury item you want. I like the fact that the item came in a box that doesnt disclose it is a "luxury" item, and the logo Fashionphile is actually inside the box itself, so the package is less likely to be snatched or picked up by "thieves" when left in your front door. I also appreciate that Fashionphile provides their own branded dustbag (apart from the item's own dustbag). My item came as described, new with dustbag and an extra pair of laces too from the brand itself. Thank you Fashionphile!

I love I was able to go through all the different options, make a board of favorites, compare and go from there to complete my purchase. The photos of the bag were fantastic so I knew exactly what I was getting.

The bracelet was exactly as described - beautiful & in excellent condition! I have purchased several items from Fashionphile over the past couple of years and they always exceed my expectations!

Overall, I would recommend purchasing from Fashionphile because it's like a true boutique shopping experience but online. It is a major plus and consumer confidence builder that it is generally easy to connect with them and speak to a real person (vs only email and online chats that most other 2nd hand luxury retailers offer). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have asked them to send me additional photos and they were happy and quick to do so. Shipping was also speedy and I'm happy with my item. The reason my shopping experience was less than perfect was mostly due to understanding the policies. I had one item I reserved and paid a deposit for right away because it's a rare item and I was afraid to miss it. However, upon receiving additional photos, I realized there were a couple flaws I wasn't comfortable with. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or return reserve items without a 10% fee (which was nearly the equivalent of my full deposit. Fair enough. But the part I still don't understand is why I could not apply my deposit to a different item. If the funds were paid directly to Fashionphile - why are "not transferrable"? So I lost $400. I did subsequently purchase another purse and had a trouble with the automated Loss Prevention system cancelling my order and difficulty repurchasing … but, once I eventually got it processed, I received my bag quickly and it was exactly as represented.

Ordered a used LV backpack and absolutely love it! It is in even better shape than I had expected. Originally had issues with my billing info, but customer service was great and was able to correct it for me in just a few minutes over the phone. Will definitely be ordering again.
