I have purchased bags from Fashionphile at least a dozen times. I have also sold a couple bags to them and participated in their refresh program. I have also returned bags and cancelled orders (changing my mind before the product even shipped out.) I have found Fashionphile to be a quality company. The bags are expensive compared to some other pre-loved options but I have personally never had a bad experience. The quality is consistent: accurate bag descriptions, straight-forward return and refresh policies, good customer service. If anything, the bags I have received are in even better condition than described. Fashionphile stands behind its products with a life-time authenticity pledge. Although I have heard anecdotally (on YouTube, etc.) about people having received fake handbags from Fashionphile, those claims are few and far between. And considering how many bags Fashionphile has in its inventory, that is pretty amazing. So I do trust the company and I will most certainly buy from them again.

The items I received exceeded my expectations in quality and appearance, making it hard to believe it was pre-owned. The whole process, from browsing to purchasing, was seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Fashionphile to anyone looking for luxury items at great prices. I'm already looking forward to my next purchase!

I've made many purchases from Fashionphile and have been very happy with my purchases. I love that there are many pictures from different angles of the item. Occasionally, I have to contact customer service and their Service Reps. Are exceptional!

I am super excited about the quality of the LV PM. I was bummed that there was no box, but that was just an assumption on my part. The wear is very minimal and it'll be perfect for my wallet.

The watch was gorgeous and as described. It was supposed to come with a box which it did but the latch was broken. It also was supposed to come with papers which were missing. I'm pleased with watch but disappointed about box and papers. Edited to add I contacted Fashionphile as a curtesy to let them know how the watch arrived clearly stating I did NOT want to return it. Received a reply asking for photos which I complied with. Got another email saying papers were in the box after I showed the pictures of the empty box along with a lecture on how to properly open the box. I emailed them thinking it might prevent this from happening to another customer. An apology simply isn't in their wheelhouse. I had NOTHING to gain and it was a total waste of my time. Paid off my one remaining reserve tonight and I'm officially done after purchasing from them for years. Their condescending attitude and inability/refusal to understand, tells me all I need to know.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I purchase a bag that said excellent conditions. The bag was not in fine conditions. Shipping took a month as well which is more than expected.

My bag came in and was even better than I expected. I was slightly worried how it would look as the bag was listed as "shows wear" but I had to look really hard to find any sign of wear.

I ordered the bag on Sunday and the package was delivered by Wednesday. The bag is exactly what I wanted, and the condition of the bag was more than I hoped for. Very satisfied with my bag and the service from Fashionphile.

Easy to navigate, purchase and the after sale delivery update is prompt.

I only use FASHIONPHILE. They never disappoint. Not only are their prices competitive, their condition standards are super high. It looks like they recently changed their condition rating "very good" to "shows wear" and "good" to "worn". I usually buy items in shows wear condition and I can tell you, they are nearly perfect! I ordered from the real real and received musty smelling handbag that was not mentioned in the description. Never again.

I have been purchasing and selling with FASHIONPHILE for over a decade. This is a fantastic company to work with! Items purchased are consistently in better condition than I expect and customer service is excellent. Website is easy to navigate and prices are fair. Customer for life!
