I love how accessible this company makes it to purchase designer pieces that you can trust and are verified, which is not possible from other second hand retail sites. My ring is absolutely beautiful and as described.

I can see that you have great resale merchandise - and jumped on these Gucci tennis shoes listed as woman's size 9.5 which is my exact gucci shoe size. Great price and looked great. They were beautiful when I took them out of the box. I made the mistake of cutting the tags too early and tried them on. I have 3-4 other pairs of women's Gucci in size 9 or 9.5. These were at least a size to size and half too big. I knew immediately they were sized wrong - this happened from another site years ago - where a men's shoe was listed as a woman's. I was able to return them but it was unpleasant to convince them. This kind of experience makes me leery of purchasing something online - it's a hassle to return them - I gave them to a niece who has a larger foot.

I ordered the same product from 2 different locations as gifts for my daughters. Both products were in impeccable condition. So much so that I wondered if they had been authenticated. The packaging was slightly different. One came with a dust bag inside the clutch, confetti in the box, and a fashionphile file. The other had none of that although wrapped neatly. I am a first time customer so I wasn't sure what to expect.

I appreciate the detailed descriptions listing every imperfection or missing pieces so that you are not surprised when you receive the product. I also love that they have pretty much any bag you may be looking for!

Fashionphile has great bags. My bag is in amazing condition to be 22 years old. It has minimal damage and it was a great purchase! I have sold items, but this is my first purchase and I am very pleased!

I found a bag that o was interested in but wanted to see the strap in more detail. The team obtained super detailed photos for me in a few hours and that helped me make my final call tu purchase the bag. The bag itself was as described and in great condition (no damage or smells) and I'm very happy with it. This is my second shopping experience with fashionphile and I'll be coming back. Finding the right bag for me was difficult because there are so many bags. But eventually did find the one that suits me. Purchase was straight forward and received item within a timely manner. No need to co tact seller and the piece was both as described and depicted in pictures. No stock photos were used.

I knew I wanted the Louie Vuitton Speedy 30 for a very long time. My search for the exact date of manufacture has been exhaustive. This bag is from 2007 and it is pristine & perfect! 🤩

Overall, I am okay with my purchase. The quality of the bag was mostly noted with the exception of one major finding, discoloration (canvas turning pink from red lining) on the sides of the canvas just inside of the zipper. This is major, as it is very visible and was not pictured or noted. This is a vintage bag, and of course not going to be perfect, but I would not have purchased the bag for this price if this was shown.
Also, I bought the bag after putting it on layaway for just a day. I did not realize there was a restocking fee for a return. This was again, not up front before purchase.
These two things took away from the experience.

The piece was not authentic. While you insisted it was, it was really obvious that it was not. That being said, you were gracious about returning the piece.

I have never owned this level of luxury hand bag. Could never justify the price. When I stubbled upon the second hand or pre-loved market it was right up my alley. I wouldint be worried about the first scratch or scuff. Cause it's already made som history! I recently graduated, after coming back to work from maternity leave and being told I had to go get my degree… shocked. This was my graduation gift from my husband! Perfect for the monumental moment in my life!

App is easy to use, well curated, has all the information you'd need to know to make informed purchase, details are accurate. Was pleased with the quality of the item. I'd say they are pretty strict in how they rate items and things that they consider as "shows wear" are likely still in excellent overall quality for most buyers. Bag is beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. 10/10.
