I recently received my order, but unfortunately the Fashionphile dust bag was not included with the item. I was expecting it to come with the purchase, as it is normally part of the packaging.

The shoes came beautifully packaged. The outside of the package had confetti and was nicely arranged. The shoes had bubble wrap in between to keep them from getting damaged. The shoes themselves were gorgeous and exactly as described. I can't wait to wear them for job interviews.

It took a bit, but it all worked out in the end. A few months ago, I initially ordered a Saint Laurent belt, but when it arrived it was not the correct size as described on the website. Fashionphile client services were quick to fix the issue, and I worked with Mitch, who was very helpful.

I was able to purchase another belt, thankfully they still had one in my size, and that is the one I am reviewing now. Client services sent photos and answered all my questions to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase and that I was getting exactly what I wanted.

The belt is immaculate and I absolutely love it! Customer service is always A+ with Fashionphile, which is why I have been buying from them for years. They have definitely received thousands of dollars from me, and they will be getting more. I love pre-loved and vintage designer items.

The description said the handbag was new. And it's not new at all! The stickers are missing off of the gold bottom. Only one in half way on the bag. It appears to have been used. Just in excellent condition. NOT new. So I feel like I've been cheated out of My deposit. I've returned the bag. I'm not sure if I'll be repurchasing with Fashionphile. There should be an exception to policy in this case.

My experience is usually amazing however my last order I have 2 issues with. First the strap on handbag is not adjustable and second there was no communication on shipping. I had to dig that info up myself. This is the first time this has happened, I was super surprised.
