I decided to search for my bad on Fashionphile after previous good experiences purchasing high end bags -Gucci and LV. This one was hard to find and whenever they got one in stock, it seemed to go so fast so I knew I had to make a purchase quick. But that was also pretty frustrating because of me the purchase on a Friday and they don't ship anything over the weekend. So when I had change my mind that I wanted the better quality one I was completely stuck until Monday until apparently the shipping department who wasn't even working with decide whether or not I could cancel the order. It seems pretty ridiculous to me. That would depend on an entire department who is not even working. Your customer service agent should be a little bit more effective than that. When I receive the bag, I was disappointed because the photos were not clear enough to show the scuffing on the edges. Fashion file used to have better photo and transparency on condition. After this purchase, I don't know that I'll make another.
