Items are always in better condition than expected, and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. I prefer pre-loved (many times the items seem like they haven't been used much, if at all) for quality reasons, plus shopping for unique vintage items is always fun.

My bag is perfect and I'm so happy with it but they take your full payment up front and then you don't hear from them for days. Wish the process was quicker and had more clear communication.

Exact bag that she wanted, but it was out of stock at Gucci. This one was in great condition as advertised and a deal compared to the store. Very pleased with purchase.

I had compared prices for a very nice purse, the website was easy to navigate, and the price was comparable. The description was clear, and it looks very nice. I was disappointed that the lining had a distinct crackling noise when touched. It is not something anyone would see, but they certainly noticed when cleaning or examining the bag for sale. It's like dried glue or cellophane under the fabric. Small negative on my purchase.

I've been debating buying a luxury handbag for a very long time. I came across fashionphile and was a little hesitant at first, but after some research, I felt fully confident in my purchase. Upon receiving my Gucci bag, the shipping was quick and it was packaged excellent. I love my bag and the savings and would recommend purchasing through fashionphile to a friend.

The UPS delivery was poor experienced.
The time of arrival was off and by 4 to 5 hours- waste of time.
It is impossible to get anyone on the phone for ups.
I wish fashionphile would use another delivery service.

First time using this service and I was pleasantly surprised by how simple the transaction was. I wish someone had mentioned there was a discount for first time purchases.

This is my second purchase with Fashionphile and I can trust that if the products are listed as "excellent" condition, that they are indeed in excellent condition!

There is no customer service by phone (I called twice and waited for over an hour each time and no one ever answered my call). This significantly impacted my customer experience in a negative way. This needs to be addressed.

I received my bag, and it was beautiful—exactly as described. However, the listing mentioned it would come with its original dust bag, and the one I received felt cheap and inauthentic. I own other Chanel purses purchased directly from Chanel boutiques, and none of their dust bags resemble the one included with this purchase.

The overall packaging also felt low quality, which was disappointing—especially when you're paying such a significant premium to buy from a reseller. That said, I'm happy the bag itself is authentic, and ultimately that's what matters most.

I would buy from them again, but now I know not to expect the same level of care or presentation. It's just something future buyers should be aware of.

To be honest, I gave 3 stars because I had issues with the 2nd day air and if my package would arrive on time, and also trying to contact someone in customer service. Once I did contact a person in customer service, they were very helpful, and made sure my order would arrive as needed, which it did. However, the purse I ordered came and the leather was very tacky and sticky. While the appearance is exactly as described, I still need to find someone to repair the leather.

Difficult shopping without physically seeing the item. They do their best to describe and provide plenty of pictures. Overall happy with purchase.

My bag is amazing. It barely has any indication of a previous owner. I will no longer be shopping at Saks, Neiman's, or anything for a bag first. I will definitely start with fashionphile.

Glasses delivered fairly quick, box undamaged but no original case was provided so my wife knew right away they were used. I have bought sunglasses from you before and was very happy. This go around not so much.

This is my third purchase with Fashionphile. My bag arrived with the straps repaired but they frayed after wearing the bag for a day. I was very disappointed and have to get them repaired again after only having worn the bag once. I reached out but there was no resolve to the issue. I probably will not purchase again.
