They had the package in their possession for three days before sending that accusatory email — and then issued a refund four days later without answering a single one of my follow-up emails. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. This wasn't the first time this has happened to me with Fashionphile. A similar incident occurred a year ago, which led me to significantly reduce how often I shopped with them. I only returned recently because a rare item popped up that I couldn't find elsewhere. Unfortunately, this second experience confirmed that something is deeply off. I documented everything, filed formal complaints, and contacted my bank. Only after multiple follow-ups did they quietly refund me — without acknowledging their mistake. There's clearly something broken — or deliberately shady — in how Fashionphile handles returns, especially for luxury items. And consumers deserve to know that. If you plan to return anything to them, take photos, get receipts, and prepare for the possibility of needing to defend yourself. The lack of accountability is disturbing, and I will not be shopping here again.
I dont know how anyone would authenticate this as a Chanel piece! I would like the $14.99 return shipping cost to not be deducted from my refund - This makes me rethink all your certifications of authenticity!

I purchased a YSL fanny pack, and it said excellent condition but I don't think the product was ever used. It was in perfect condition with dust bag and everything I paid about 40 percent less than what it is in stores. I have made multiple purchases and will definitely purchase again! Fashionphile usually has a higher than average price in my opinion for secondhand bags but you definitely get what you pay for. The photos are accurate, the descriptions are accurate and there's a normal return policy. I find the ease and layout of the site to be a bonus as well.

Requiring customers to leave a review just to confirm they've received their order isn't ideal. The bag itself is nice, but there's a noticeable gouge on the front leather that wasn't mentioned or shown in any of the images when I made the purchase, which is disappointing.
Took my payment then I didn't hear a thing until I called six days later and was told they were working on it. Customer service was very. The next day I received email that UPS was delivering on Monday march 24th however, not delivered until March 25.
