I recently bought a dress I was unsatisfied with (the dress itself was very pretty, just too big for me) and I contacted Customer Service to inquire about returns they were helpful, responsive, and answered my emails within 24 hours. Unfortunately, shipping costs prohibit returning it, but we worked out a fair exchange. I cant wait to get my replacement items-- I bet they're going to be really cute!

I opted for a partial refund instead of an exchange. The refund took forever and I kept getting multiple emails from different people at different hosts and they kept asking for the PASSWORD to my paypal account. So, I threatened to file a claim with the FTC, the BBB, and a slew of other acronym agencies and I finally got my refund, but it still took FOREVER...

I purchased 2 dresses last Dec. 12 2015 and everything go good, that is why i purchased again last Feb 06 2016 but right after my payment they put a note that my order will be process after the holidays because they have this Chinese New Year so they said they resume processing everything in chronological order in Feb. 15,2016. Since it has been over a month when i made my order then i try to contact the customer service by writing them email so that they can give me at least a tentative date when can they dispatch my order but there is an automatic computer reply note telling that they will reply after 72 hours but sad to say i did not get any reply and i wrote to customer service again but i do not know if they really care to reply... i am pessimistic about them now

I ordered a coat that ended up being too small in the bust. I e-mailed the company to try to exchange for a larger size and although it took a little while, I got a response that absolutely surprised me. They asked me if I knew someone who could use the coat, and that I could give it to them instead of shipping the item back and they will give me credit towards purchasing a larger coat. I was pleasantly surprised! What a great gesture!

Should have checked reviews before ordering, cheap, nasty fabric, dresses look NOTHING LIKE photos on their website. Thought it was an American Fashion site with US dollar payment system... guess again turns out to be some Asian sweat shop. Different tracking numbers are supplied when asking where is my delivery, so far have received 2 dresses from 3 I ordered. The old adage of YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR certainly applies to this site. BEWARE CHEAP PRICES MEANS CHEAP, NASTY GOODS

I ordered 5 dresses for my wife. It was during the Chinese new year, and I understand the delay. 3 of them arrived first. It is always tricky to purchase any cloth online but the quality was good. Unfortunately, some of them didn't fit. So I contacted the customer service through E-mail and they responded within a day. The response was pleasant and very easy to work with. They resolved the issue right away and I am pretty satisfied. I would shop there again.

Following my last review I returned all items to China $75 dollars worth and they are now telling me they have not recieved the items which are "signed for" and paid £20 for the postage. So I am money out just because the items just because they did not fit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Buy from catalogues instead. At least if they don' t fit you can return them and get your money back. These crooks have no returns facility so they just assume you will just forget about it if they don't fit and now I know they do not conform to normal european standard sizes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. You would be as well just opening your wallet and throwing the money into the sea.

I ordered 7 dresses 4 weeks ago and received 3 yesterday. The rest of the order is apparently on its way according to their website.
What disappoints me though is the poor quality of the materials of the dresses! Looks nothing like on the website. Thought I was ordering from the US as prices are in USD. I should've checked the reviews before ordering. My heart sank when I opened my order. Thread is sticking out on one of the dresses. Basically the dresses look like I made them myself (and I don't sew). The length (and colour shade) is also different from the pic on the site. One dress is completely see through. Out of the 3 dresses I've received, only one is satisfactory. I guess I need to be grateful reading other reviews where no item was good enough.
I am dreading to see the rest of my order when I receive it as most of the remainder of the dresses are dinner dresses. I've been so looking forward to these dresses I'm utterly disappointed.
