I ordered $90 worth of stuff and after submitting my order, I was reviewing the return policy and it stated that I must ship items back to China. I do not agree with labor practices in China, and I didn't want to have to pay shipping back to Asia. I cancelled within 24 hours and received an email the next day stating that I would receive a refund. I never did, and I disputed with my bank, but now they are saying there is nothing they can do, as the "company" is claiming it was a legitimate purchase. THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. There isn't even a contact number on their site, which is a huge red flag. I have learned my lesson, and as of today I have received numerous alerts from my bank that fraudulent activity is occurring on my account from online gaming forums in Asia and Europe. I never had this issue prior to using Fashion Mia, so undoubtedly it is because of this purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THIS SITE!

I bought items, there sizes are off. I could not return it, the shipping is as much as the items and a restocking fee will apply. They charged me for my full order. Cancelled the back order items and never gave me my credit. So I'm out of the full amount with half the products. GREAT! They should tell you they ship from China and cannot service their customers. Unethical and wrong! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM>

I ordered $90 worth of clothes three months ago and have only relieved a couple items. The items I HAVE received are of terrible quality and customer service in AWFUL. Please do not fall for this scam.

Absolutely horrible company. Ordered a dress two months before I needed it for a wedding - website stated 3-5 days S/H. Emailed company after I had been charged for the dress and it was in "processing" for a month and they could not tell me the status of the dress, or offer any actual customer service. Finally after sick of waiting, I contacted the company again to get a refund. They offered me a $5 coupon for my next order with the message "are you sure you want a refund?" Very unprofessional, took me 3 emails to finally get a refund - which they sent me to another website to add my credit card information and refund amount - sounds sketchy to me! Needless to say, I'm now out the cost of the dress with nothing to show for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought this lovely dress and so happy with the service and purchase. Everything went through smoothly from selection to payment to shipping and delivery. The item came well packaged and arrived in great shape. I will definitely buy again.

Customer service is a lost art. It is great to know of a company that understands this vital business principle and puts it into practice in such an efficient manner.

The item had problems with the buttoning, and had no openings.

The three items have still not been sent to me and it has been 41days.

We checked the tracking and the packages could not be found, and we would like to know what happened to them.

We already payed the card payment, so we would like you guys to take responsibility and get this issue solved.

We will be looking forward to a response.
