I purchased a couple of items through them in January 2016... I realized that after 2 weeks i didn't receive the items I purchased. I eventually canceled the order middle of February 2016. We are now in April and i have yet to receive my refund. This compant took my money and ran. I have emailing back and fourth with a Winlia and Kitty and both confirm that every week i will receive my refund. This is insane that i would have to wait so many months to receive my refund! Also reading more about them i see the clothes isnt the greatest.

Gads! My fault for not doing my research on this company. Same as many others here; ordered in early Feb., got 3 of 4 items in April (about a week ago) "Chinese New Years" was the excuse so apparently the whole country doesn't work for 2 months? While the items were nice, I ordered size 20 (women's plus as stated on the website) and was sent XXL. NOT THE SAME! Emailed "Skye" and they wanted the cost of the shipping back and tells me this morning it's costing $90! Where are they getting that figure? Want to give me $35 credit or pick something new for $35. I'm still out of money, cannot wear what was sent, doubt they will give me credit if I did mail back and they expect me to believe they will send out something new in under another 2 months? HA! Will be contacting PayPal to see what they can do.

I purchased a bodycon dress from this website February 1st. And paid extra to receive it faster. I did not receive the dress and this women named Skye has been emailing me telling me to wait 3-4 days. This has been since February. Its not April! This website needs to be shut down! They are stealing money from people who earn their money. People provide credit card information and this bull$#*! company just steals. You would think considering how much free money they get they could have better quality clothing!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Do your research, look at reviews and you will see that this company is running a SCAM! I wouldn't be surprised if most of the positive reviews (which are few), are part of the scam. If you're American or Canadian (like me), just stick with companies closer to home. They actually care about your business and understand the value of great customer service. I hope this company ends up going out of business. Sorry to be so mean, but people shouldn't be working for this company of scammers anyways.

I will never order from this company again. It is a total rip off and you need to be aware. I ordered 2 dresses in the beginning of February 2016 and I cancelled the order the end of March 2016. I am still waiting for my refund as of April 12,2016. I placed another order prior to this problem and I needed a Size XXL. They sent me XX Small instead and I was so disgusted that I gave the top away. They need to learn about customer service and get the sizes right but I guess when you are dealing with a foreign country you should expect the worst. They should not be allowed to sell any products if they are not in the USA. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Not only was everything sized way too small, it came in three different packages over the course of several months. After the first package I emailed asking them to make the size larger in the ones that hadn't arrived yet and they then sent me an email saying that it was being shipped so they couldn't change it. So I emailed asking for the third package to be a size larger and we emailed back and forth multiple times and then she emailed me saying that it was already mailed out. So I don't really understand why she wasted my time asking me what size I wanted it to be if they were going to mail it out anyways. And they said if I want to return it I have to pay the shipping to China. Biggest waste of $80 in my life. I would give my experience a zero if that were an option.

I ordered the dress from Fashion Mia which took more then a month to arrive and finally when I received it, I was disgust with the quality. I contacted them via email and received email after 8 days asking me so many question which is not even related to my complain about quality and delay in delivery. Still waiting for refund after 6 months. Stay away from this company as they are thieves. They will mislead you by showing beautiful pictures but their quality and customer service sucks.

I ordered 8 dresses from Fashion Mia. Because they are coming from China the turn around is slower. When i called the lady on the phone explained why the order took longer and when i would expect them. She was right on target. I had a problem with the size of the dresses and they are shipping me new ones. Just make sure you order one size bigger because the size runs smaller. I was happy with the dresses and the customer service.

Wish negative stars were possible. They failed to ship my items after paying $40 for expedited shipping. Couldn't get anyone to answer my emails looking for my items after 3 weeks. I opened a PayPal dispute, the next day they emailed asking if I wanted to cancel with a refund. I replied just 42 minutes later saying yes, please cancel with a refund. Then it appears they saw the dispute, and a day later they shipped the (canceled) items. After 2 disputes, speaking to 5 people at Paypal over two days and 2+ hours, PayPal said that there's nothing they can do - FashionMia shipped the items. They wouldn't even look at my email proof of cancellation! PayPal just said there was nothing they can do. Two Supervisors in the dispute department said the same thing. Just disgusting. And almost as bad is the fact that these clothes are very poorly made. Not worth the cost of the plastic envelope. DO NOT BUY from FashionMia - EVER.

I spend over $150 and the clothes was so cheaply made and the seam was off, and the size was not true large size, therefore everything came too small. I recommend no one spend their money on these clothes unless you want to throw your money away, because it is a harsh send the clothes back to China, this company needs to go out of business. You get what you pay for cheap quality of clothes you get from 5 and dime store, the picture looks way better than the clothes.

First, the dress I ordered took over 6 weeks to arrive. The dress is made and shipped from China. The quality and workmanship of the dress is entirely unacceptable. The material used, which is not stated in the advertisement, is of extremely poor quality. The skirt to the bodice was sewn so poorly and with so much more material, that the skirt is ill-fitting and bunchy around the waist. Furthermore, although the picture shows a belted/sash accompanying the dress, no such belt/sash was attached. This dress fits and looks absolutely horrible. One could get better quality dresses for nearly the same price at Ross Dress For Less. Buyer Beware! I should have read the reviews prior to purchases. Shame on me.
