WHERE IS MY MONEY? For two months I have received emails telling my refund is being processed. How long does that take? I am so sick of these people. They should never be allowed to do business in this country again.

The thing is they mostly display pictures from the internet and sent customers completely different products (slightly look like on the pictures). I am very dissapointed and angry. I made an order in December now almost May and I have not got the third item ( they forgot that I paid for it) They sent me horrible quality products two from three ( not like on the pictures and told me that it was ok) They promised return part of my money for those clothes but I am still waiting for 2 months now! ($10)
They never return money and write all the time the same. They think that customers are stupid and do not respect them. I left a review on those products on their site but they dalated it. They are waiting for new clients. And if you note all review which are on their site are published aproximately the same time and sometimes they write like "good jacket" but in real it is skirt)))))
By the way, their founder is in UK but in real it is fake (Ready-made company) and its director from Ukraine ( this information is open on the internet) and this person is also a director of 5 other compaties. As you understand he does not any responcibilities at all.
Ebay does not work with FASHIOMNIA ( it does not want to be responsible for it)
Unfortunately, after I made an order I investigated it.

I ordered 4 wallets in December 2015, hoping to have them for Feb and still have not gotten them, I asked for a refund on my credit card and they offered me a coupon! Takes DAYS and DAYS for them to respond to emails... Said when they do refund they have to refund through PayPal! I didn't pay through PayPal told them I wanted credit on my credit card and now they don't respond! I would never order from this site again... no phone number to call them back either! NEVER EVER ORDER!

I placed an order on 03/26/16. I checked the order status, it said, 03/28/16 derived order # then on 04/07/16 it shipped from the warehouse. As of 04/21/2016. I have not received or heard a thing. The Phone number *******616 is bogus. No response from emails. My first experience is beginning to reign true to all the negative REAL site reviewers. Because the experience with Fashion Mia is just that... NEGATIVE. Scammed out of your money is Negative.

It took 3 weeks to get my order. I just opened it up and the tops were pretty but very small. I ordered extra large after reviewing other people's complaints. The tops fit, but I don't know if they will when I wash them. They ARE pretty though, but no where near as loose fitting aa was advertised. If you get anything, make sure it's at least 2 sizes bigger than you take. They are from China and the people are most likely fitting these on their small bodies, not realizing that Americans are much larger than they are. Over all, I'd give them a C plus.

Ordered 5 items on March 2 did not get them until April 15th! Uterly disappointed, not only did items not look as pictured (even different looking from the picture they included on slip in the actual packaging!), the material was very poor quality, totally see through! Then the kicker on top of it all was the sizes do not run true to their sizing scale, I even ordered larger just to make sure they would fit. The hems and seams are all off. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle!

My size is M, I ordered XL... to small, and short and looks cheap and disgusting... what do you want for $9...!? Do not buy this dress, I am never wear... And shipping takes forever

I ordered 2 beautiful Maxi dresses, I selected the free shipping option, the shipment arrived promptly, I think within 10 days of my order. Unfortunately, both dresses were too small, I should have orders plus sizes. I contacted customer service, she gave me the option to find out how much out of pocket it will cost me to send it back and if it is too much, to keep the 2 and they will give me a coupon to purchase replacement items. I chose the coupon option. The overall experience was great.

I bought a dress from fashionmia.com a month several days ago, but when it came, I found it's too big and the color is a little bright corny age. So I decided to follow the return policy. When I emailed the customer service about this, instead of just giving me the return code or whatever, they replied immediately and kindly notice me the international delivery fee might be a little too high and advised me to check out the price before I mailed back. If I still want to return they will help to give me a coupon to cover the delivery fee. How nice they are and how considerate they are! Thank you guys for helping me out. You are the best!

I bought my clothes from fashionmia.com 1.5mths ago, it cost me ard usd$200, till now I yet receive the parcels and the out of stock clothes was not refunded yet. Been emailing them, firstly kaie will reply you then a guy I forgot his name send me a fake tracking number and subsequently Replied rudely by kaie and does not reply my emails at all. Keep emailing and open disputes none bother to reply. How to get my $ back? I don't even receive an order Id around usd $200 was deducted too.

For such reasonable prices the quality of the clothes I ordered is better than I expected. My first 3 items arrived quickly considering they came from China! I got a bit concerned when my next 2 items hadn't arrived after several weeks but appreciated a very prompt, friendly and interested response to my email query and one of the items arrived the day after. The other was out of stock and while it was a little difficult to find something in my size to replace it I am looking forward to receiving another good quality and attractive piece of clothing. It does warn on the website that the sizes are different an. D UK size 14 is actually XXXL although my favourite purchase fits well and is XL.
