Plain Long Sleeve Blazer was too small for the size requested and one button completely missed being threaded onto the material. Went back and forth with customer service. Each time someone else, each response was ambiguous with no clear path to resolution... i was told one of my options was to give the coat to someone and place another order with modest discount but was never given a clear path to do so... i believe there was a method of ambiguity and confused messaging in order not to deal with an unsatisfied customer... this was never resolved. Their complaint form did not work... their chat service did not work... i had to take a screenshot of the complaint form and send as an attachment... still, another service person with the same abstruse messaging. I am very disappointed. I have been looking at the site for quite a while and decided to order. I ordered a dress in XL because I am a 14. It took over a month to get the dress and then it is not the right fit and must be a Chinese Size XL because it's about a true size 8.
Then the material is not the same and the dress is completely different and looks like a long nightgown with no flair or room on the bottom as noted, but straight up and down and looks like I could have sewn this in a few hours. I ordered another dress that I have not received. After I get it I am "done" with Fashion Mia. It's just wrong to do this to someone.

I ordered two dresses, one did not fit at all properly when size chart followed, the other did not have pockets as indicated in the description. Upon attempt to return I was asked to advise why I was returning the items, after answering I was sent an email telling me that I could send back the items but I'd have to pay for shipping, so instead, I should keep them and I would get a $15.00 credit! The items cost me 60.00 and the more expensive dress was the one that didn't even close to fit properly - not sure how this okay for a company to do.

I order my dress in Fashion Mia cause I was going to wear it for a memorial I was going to attend and I payed for the dress to come in 7 days and it came in 20 days and when it arrived the material was horrible the dress wasn't even my size! I'll never buy there again!

I ordered a skater dress. It wasn't the color advertised, it had a different cut than pictured, the material was extremely sheer and it didn't match their Sizing Chart. I returned it in original packaging with all labels intact. It took 30 full days for the refund to be processed. They also wanted me to send pictures of it before they would agree to return my money. Why? Their website says they refund up to 30 days after purchase. What difference does a picture make if I didn't like it once I saw how horribly it was actually made! Be very careful with this company.

Update: Still no realistic offer from them, in fact they have stopped responding altogether now and done nothing to resolve the issue. Chances of getting a proper refund (If any) looking like zero!
Purchased items for my wife. One if the items was not in stock but they take your money anyway. When I asked for a refund for the missing item they messed about for weeks before telling me they couldn't give a refund as it had been shipped. Must have been a rush job as when the dress finally arrived it was very poorly made, the colour was wrong, stitching was all over the place, seams didn't line up and it just doesn't sit right when worn. Trying to get a refund results in total BS with offers of 10 - dress cost 30 with postage. Trying to raise a dispute on their page never works - links are broken all over the place. L

I ordered a dress and the quality was awful. When I asked about their return policy, they said I should just donate the dress instead of sending it back, since it was only $13.95. I decided to return it and did so within a week. I never received a refund. I have emailing them since November of last year, but still have not received a refund.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
