I would like to thank you specially for your superb customer service. I ordered two jeans recently. But unfortunately one had a very little damage. I'm sure actually it was a mistake. Because, I'm a big customer of you. This was the first time I faced with a problem like this. Because, quality of your clothes are reliable. Otherwise I will not being with you until today.
However your staff were kind enough to refund my money for that dress as soon as i informed. Thank you for your patience and fair service. Waiting for next collection.
To be honest I love to spend as little money as possible when I buy anything, so this shop really caught my attention. I bought a dress for my child just as a test to see how will it turn out. And I wasn't dissapointed. The dress is perfect and it fits perfectly. I am sure that I will buy another one in a couple of weeks just because both me and my kid are satisfied

They sell garbage, ice sun clothes away the dollar tree that were better quality. Please do not order this stinky junk. They will be ran out of the country. Trump maybe on to something.
They promise refund, have you mail items to a bogus address in California and lie about refunding money. Please beware, seems like they steal quality pictures from other sites. Bait and switch

I bought 2 dresses, from them, I wont even call them dresses, they are halloween costumes or worse. The quality is very very bad, thin as paper. I actually think that a halloween costume is better quality. Their customer service is terrible. It was the first time and last time I order on this site. I actually think the good reviews are paid people. Impossible to give a good review with this kind of merchandise.

Here in this store if you find a lot of clothes, I mean exactly the variety they have, there are many different designs to choose from. Well I think after so much watching and walking around the store for at least an hour, I took a few pieces, which quickly billed me in the box. Also I must note that the girl was very kind to me. I left the store very happy, I will be back again soon.

They shipped the wrong size, one item had a broken zipper, many items was not received, no return packaging info, or address to send back to. They make it very difficult to return an item. Please stay away from this site. The pictures of the dresses are beautiful, but what you finally received is nothing like the picture.

I ordered my dresses in September 2018 and they never processed it until l had to request a refund in which they replied that they will refund from the 10 March - 15 April but up to now they have never refunded me the money. I am not happy at all.

Don't purchase anything from this seller. I made a $100 purchase and returned the stuff, but they never refunded me the money. They kept on saying they will but never did. I had to go through PayPal at the end. Whatever you do don't purchase from them.

More than 2 months ago I ordered 3 dresses from Fashion mia. After a long time, one came with the wrong size. I found out that to send it back it costs almost the price of the dress. I contacted the Customer care that I shouldn't suffer from their mistake but they ignored my query. The second dress arrived after a month and a half. Third dress didnt arrive yet and on their tracking option it shows that it is still being processed. Whatever that means. Stay away from this site.

I Honestly wish that I could give this 0 stars. Although the prices may be cheap, that doesn't always mean that it's always good. The material of the "Round Neck Red Dress" that ordered for prom was horrible. It smelled liked someone had worn it six times without washing it. When I took it out of package at laid it out on my bed I say that there were already threads coming from the dress. I flipped it over and the whole side was ripped. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered 7 pieces, the prices were so good. It has been 2 months and I have heard nothing but did receive one blouse which 1. Did not look like the picture, did not a zipper, button or any other way of getting into it and the fabric feels like something I would use to scrub pans.
I wrote to them and get this message "Dear customer, Your ticket has been submitted successfully, our customer representatives will reply you within 36 hours. Please kindly wait for the reply." But I have NOT GOTTEN ANY REPLY and now the wedding is over (I was a guest) the vacation is over and I don't want anyone else to be hurt. I'm sorry I didn't listen to everyone on this site who said they were awful. If the price is too good - there is a reason. Amen to EVERY bad thing that was written about them. I am too embarrassed to send these things to a charity shop. No one wants these. I could rant all day. Pay the store price and thank the person who rings you out. This is awful.

I bought two items at the same time from Instagram and the quality is beyond a joke. I took pictures, sent a video of what was clearly false advertising. The items took 5 weeks to come and then when I tried to send back on the day I received and was appalled they have refused. Products are cheaper than you would find down a market you have been warned!
