Having had an issue where my order was too small I have since been in communication with the company regarding exchanges and refunds, and they have been so lovely and helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I have no complaints at all about them, I LOVE the coat that I ordered, it is beautiful, and I am looking forward to receiving the size that will fit me properly!

Recently, last December I went on this website FashionMia and decided to try to order something from them. I never -ever before ordered any clothing on line, but the styles were just so amazing, not outdated, colors so vivid, I decided: "What a Heck!" To make the story short: I ordered couple winter items (coats) and a blouse for a work, then I ordered a second package, again with office clothing, already received everything, although the packages were traveling from the other continent, from China, plus it was a holiday time! Everything was delivered, nothing was stolen or damaged, the items came exactly as they were on the pictures, and what is important, the sizes were exactly the same as were on the charts. The most important moment in ordering clothing on line is the very precise measurements and a good knowledge how(!) to take them on yourself! If you know how to do it and have certain skills, then you are fine, if not, ask for a help. If you don't do it, then you may get not what you wanted and will be very disappointed. I have a good imagination and was choosing the styles that would look acceptable on me. I am very conservative and decided to give a try for office clothing, looks like I did not make a mistake. Coats for winter time turned out to be very fancy and bright. I made very miner adjustments and everything is already on my hangers in my closet!
Want to give credits to their customer service, all communication was going thru emails. Can't complain! Always was getting responses, not immediately but with the delay of one day, which is acceptable, considering their huge volumes of sales and customers. But always got response!

Overall experience with this company left me satisfied and what's more important, did not ruin my approach to on-line orders!

I have ordered from fashion mia and I have not really been happy with them at this point, I feel that there clothing is sub par, there winter clothes is not really winter it's more like Wisconsin fall, I have found that there tee shirt material was very thin material, I ordered flashing lights for my seekers one of the lights would not light light up, I ordered a pair of sap hair earing for $1.00 I guess you get what you pay for the earing were so small that I could not get them through my ears I had to through them away, due to the fact that it's cheaper then mailing it back, I also ordered a sun dress, not realising that I needed to order a size xl even though I'm a size medium, I could not gene get the dress over my legs, so that was a dissappointment, that had to go am I getting a bad review about fashionmia even before I order anything?

I placed an order on 12/7. The site says 5-10 shipping days so I thought I would have them before Christmas. I was wrong. They didn't even ship the first item until 12/23! On the 4th of January I received my "order". I only received 1 of the 4 items that I ordered and found out that the others were out of stock and I needed to pick different items. The one item that I ordered was an xl and didn't fit me at all. It did fit my 14 year old daughter, so at least she will have a coat. I am now trying to get a refund... but they want to give credit to their store instead. How would I even know what is "in stock" since it took them a month to figure out what was not in stock before? They now have supposedly sent a second item... that was sent on the 8th of January... a MONTH after I placed the order! This company does not tell appropriate sizes for items and they take forever to not only send what they do have, but to even inform you of out of stock items. Stay away!

I found fashionmia through Facebook and thought all the clothes were so cute. I ended up purchasing a hoodie and even with the shipping was cheaper than anything I could get at the mall. The hoodie I received was exactly like the picture and the material was really soft and warm. Unfortunately it was a size too small but after emailing them they worked with me to get what I needed at no cost. Will definitely buy more in the future!
