Fashion Mia is a rip off the quality of the clothes is VERY CHEAP! It took over 2 months before I received items. They replied with an email informing me that some of the items were out of stock after they got my money... If items are out of stock why sale it? Items should have been listed as out of stock or unavailable versues selling product that doesn't exist. They do not respond to email messages, and when they do respond instead of responding to the question that you asked. FashionMia talks all around the question and have an excuse as to why shipment is taking so long. Tracking numbers are bogus... Tracking info always stated package was in transit or being processed. I went back to PayPal and got a refund. If you made your payment through PayPal you can dispute it. Make sure you have plenty of documentation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FashionMia... Buyer beware!

I used the size charts and usually know how to order from these chinese cheap sites but the clothes on this site still are cut way too small. It took a month to get to me then the return is so costly. They offered me like an $8 refund/store credit. (I spent $100+) to keep all items. It's not worth it to me. To return to China it will be $65. So mad I wasted my money. My daughter can't even fit the garments. The arms are cut super slim

I have ordered 2 items from Fashion Mia, received them right on time, however unfortunately the size came out smaller than I expected, so be sure to order one size bigger than the usual US size. Carol at FashionMia was excellent is replying back asap and helped me with the refund and issue. The quality and design of the coat and sweater I ordered was really nice and am defienetly ordering from them again. For the price and quality you get you cant beat it.

Placed an order December 4th for Christmas presents and it came in two weeks after NEW YEARS! I did contact them twice by email and they were apologetic but they didn't fess up to this being their normal shipping time. I have not begun the return process but by what I'm reading, I'm in for quite a loss. I was so disappointed in the items. CHEAP is the best description. One jacket was actually thinner than a t-shirt! How can they label it as a jacket? Don't get too excited over their great prices... you are actually over paying for what you get!

I ordered some dresses on Nov 29th and not only has there been no sign of it yet (on Jan 15), no one has responded to my inquiries. Wish I'd seen all these reviews before ordering. I wouldn't have bothered.

I will let you know when I get my order.

Update: got 4/5 dresses on January 25th. As other reviews specify, the sizes are ridiculous! The clothes do NOT look like the pictures, and one of the dresses is even STINKY! Like mildew. It's such a bad company. Seriously. Almost laughable. Never again. I feel like such a sucker.

Ps. Pretty sure 100% of any good reviews for Fashion Mia are written by people who work for the company. Poor English may be an indication... But mostly the high level of suck that this company has is too terrible to say anything good about. The end.

I purchased three items from this site and waited, and waited, and waited. For over two weeks my order was "processing." They immediately grabbed my money however. When I began attempting to communicate with them to find out why my order was delayed I learned they have no telephone number listed for customer service and all communication had to be facilitated online. After nearly three weeks, my order is still "processing" and after three emails requesting cancellation and a full refund, I finally received an email stating that I would hear from the company in 48 hours. Not that I would get a refund. From my experience, fashionmia.com cannot fulfill their orders. I am waiting for a refund and will never attempt to purchase anything from this site again.

This was the worst company ever. I order on dec 6 they were christmas presents and with it being the holidays i thought there might be a chance it would be a little late. But after i emailed the company mutable times and only got one reply back on the first email saying they would look into it. I gave up and now it being January 13 and i finally get the items. That is just bad business and not to even reply to my emails that makes me furious.
Also got the clothing in and it is the cheapest crap I have ever seen. But knowing it is a Asian company I knew the sizes would run small because Asian peoples frames are more petite then most americans, but was not prepared for it to be short on every thing. Length on everything was a problem. Just over all horrible experience. Save your self the time and money shop somewhere else.

I was so excited to receive my new coats. Until they took a month to arrive. And were so small, a petite 13-year old couldn't wear the size large coats! So then I went to return them, since I knew that I wouldn't even be able to fit in an XL if I tried to exchange them. I was told I would have to pay for the return shipping - to China! Which would be very expensive. The "customer representative" that emailed me said that I should just give them to someone who they would fit! I'm seeing if my friend's 9 year old will be able to fit into them! The whole ordeal has been awful! Do NOT buy from this site!
