Very shady. No indication where the shoes are coming from. Don't plan on receiving what you ordered for at least a month.

Man! Wish i would of read these reviews before ordering! Pure scam damn.They even got me for another 14.95 for faster shipping! 6 Weeks later still nothing. If your reading this do not order from this company, you will be ripped off!...Soooo...guess what was on my front step today! The Ohio State buckeyes sneakers (chucks) I ordered in november! Couldnt believe it! I was afraid to open them!...they were perfect! I can hardly believe I am typing this now, but they still burned me for the expediated shipping dont know if I would use them again but I thought I owed it to you and them to edit this review, the colors and size were fine they look great just the shipping was awful and I didnt know i was ordering from over seas

Shoes are really cheap. Started falling apart after 2nd time wearing them. Company claims they will accept returns or do exchanges but that is not true. They will not respond or help you in any way. Stay away, garbage products and horrible customer service.

Ordered a pair of Kansas City Chief's youth sneakers, paid 15.00 for express delivery and it was 6 weeks before I received them. The shoes were very poor quality and did not look were not true to size, much smaller than the size I ordered. There was no receipt or invoice included in the package so I had to email asking how to return for a refund. They suggested I give the shoes to charity and send them a receipt for 50% refund. I declined and they sent me an address to send them to and informed me there was a 15% restocking fee plus I had to pay 22.00 custom fee! Not sure I will get any money back or when. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased some Dallas Cowboys boots from them for as a gift but realized they would be too big and possibly heavy so I requested to cancel my order the very next day. My order had not been processed when I requested to cancel the order and I got a return email stating they will contact me to process my cancellation. Instead 4 days later I received an email with shipping details. When I contacted FansKiks again, they apologize and said I can return them but I would be responsible for the shipping cost plus the 15% restock fee even though I requested to cancel the order before they processed it. There was no point in returning the boots since I would be paying the same amount that I paid for them just to return them. So when they say customer service is their priory and if you don't love their product you can return them, that is nonsense. If customer service is a priority, they would of canceled my order and not ripped me off by forcing me to go through a return process which they already knew I wouldn't do because the cost would not make sense since they are based out of Canada and I am in the United States. Don't purchase from them because aside from their customer service being shot, the boots look like a fake version of Dr. Marten's and not even made to decent quality. Save your money and buy from a repetible company. Believe the reviews because if they were any good they wouldn't have 2.5 Star ratings.

I bought a pair of Cleveland Brown tennis shoes for my boyfriend for his Birthday I ordered them 2 weeks before his Birthday and even paid the additional shipping to have them shipped on time since it was the holiday season. The shoes came after his Birthday and even after Christmas after paying an additional $15 for the express shipping. Upon getting the shoes they were in a what appeared to be used torn plain white shoe box and looking at the shoes they are super light have like a plastic on the bottom like that of house slippers. I paid about $70 for these shoes and that doesn't include shipping nor the additional shipping I paid for. I than contacted their support team which says they return your emails within 3 business days and it has been over a week and still NOTHING. I wish I still had the box to share pictures of the box because really even after ALL OF THAT I would have quietly accepted a return but after receiving NO customer support I am now beyond furious and still have to find a COMPLETELY different gift for my boyfriend.

Impossible to get any service, no one ever gets back you. Paid expedited shipping and it took 4 weeks to get my shoes! I didn't get them until I disputed the charges on my credit card then amazingly I received the shoes 2 - 3 days later. Totally not worth what I paid. Lesson learned

Don't order from Fanskiks. I have placed an order since November 16, it was a present for Christmas, and I have not received the shoes yet.

Do not order from this company. It takes FOREVER to receive anything. Did not get our package in time for Christmas( ordered weeks and weeks ago)

I ordered My 11 year daughter a pair of shoes prob a little over a month ago still haven't received any notification on them and when trying to contact no phone number only email iv emailed them twice with no response started to feel like I got scammed I don't recommend using them at all 0 put 5 stars

I wish I would have never used this company. I placed an order and 2 weeks later still have no shipping details and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a straight answer from customer service. They will not let me cancel or give me my money back. I have to now take a lose on 69 bucks.It's sad. I'm very angry and disappointed that this is what's going on.

I was a little skeptical about buying shoes online, but these ones were just perfect. Great fit, very comfortable and they are a real head turner. Had 2 random people ask me about them on the first day I went out with them.

Over 5 weeks. Lame excuses. Fine print. They better be worth it as they were supposed to be a gift. Paid extra for express delivery…stay tuned!

Purchased Ohio State black sole sports shoes. Scarlet and Gray colors were aweful. More like periwinkle blue and dark pink. Yuk.

Sneakers do not look like they do online, cheap and poor quality. Largest size (14) too small. Cost $21.00 to return, only credited a portion of what I paid (not full amount) despite the sneakers being returned in the exact same condition in which they were received. It took close to 30 days to receive a partial refund and several emails. Fanskiks' management was not concerned with this customers satisfaction.

Although it took a bit longer to get them as expected, I understand because of the virus outbreak. Once I received the shoes I was very happy. The quality was better than expected for sure. I've purchased many pairs of shoes online, and this is in the top 3. Highly recommend.
