Very hard to reach and when you do hear from somebody you get nothing but the runaround it's like they don't even read your question.

Very easy via email. Hard to get a hold of them on the phone

I have had no problem getting in touch with customer service at fanskiks. I have communicated with them many times via email. My emails were answered the next business day if not the same day and was completely satisfied everytime. Mark
