If you get a product from them and you are not satisfied with it, warning that returns and customer service are TERRIBLE! The products come from China, then if you want to return it, you pay to ship it to Canada- very expensive, plus you lose 15% restocking fee. The product was advertised as KC Chiefs, but isn't KC Chiefs, it just says KANSAS. Even the color wasn't correct. Quality was also terrible. Guessing they don't have rights to use KC Chiefs words & colors, so this is the China solution for it!
I bought a pair of running shoes for my nephews who is in the UK. I messed up and placed the order with his UK size instead of using the equivalent US size. We only discovered the problem when he received the shoes in the UK. After explaining the problem to FansKiks they sent him a new pair free of cost. He adores the shoes, but more so because the company was so kind to ship him a new pair all the way to the UK.
Didn't expect much from the shoe to be honest for the price... but when I received my shoes, "san diego padre" the shoes where yellow and olive green, not yellow and brown as shown online. Contacted the company and basically was told sucks to suck, worst customer service ever, I can return them which I have to pay to ship and a restocking fee... so I may get 40 back out of my return which isn't what I ordered. Tried calling company never got a response to multiple messages and the email responses where openly stated we don't have that color this is the closest we have... so misrepresented product that I can do nothing with... no offer to change shoe types for material color changes or anything, told me their return process or I could keep them with a sorry you had a bad experience but literally felt like a auto response. Not a bad scam, shoes are the cheapest made shoe I've ever seen (given 80 bucks for a custom pair of team shoes didn't expect much quality) but they aren't even the right color so either way per pair of maybe 10 dollars shoes they are guaranteed 30 bucks even if product returned and no one to answer for the errors except a return address.
Got the low tops and boots and both were fantastic. Well worth the wait, as they took about 2 weeks to reach. That is the only downside. I would opt for the express shipping which is pretty reasonable over the free shipping with is pretty slow.
I ordered a pair of sneakers on July 29 2020. To date I have not received them after paying express shipment costs. I have sent several inquiries without answers. Starting to believe this is a bogus company and I got ripped off. I am a disabled veteran with limited income. Buyer beware
Bought a pair of their running shoes. They are super comfortable and look just like the pictures. I have odd sized feet so I was worried they wouldn't fit, so I contacted them via email and got a response in a few hours. So awesome to see good customer service.
I am a new customer of fanskiks and recently bought a pair of New Orleans Casual Sneakers. I received them and to my dismay they were the wrong size. I contacted Mr. Ferdinand and was treated with outstanding customer service and respect. Not only did he wave the shipping cost he told me to donate the shoes to someone who would enjoy them. Gave me a complete refund and is sending me the correct size. I have never been treated with such kindness from any company before. What a great experience. I will be purchasing many more items from fanskiks and spreading the word about this young start up company. Again THANK YOU FANSKIKS. Mark A Venezia a huge FAN !
Answer: It takes a very long time for a reply and you'll get the run around.

Answer: Pretty sure they are a scam. Different addresses, can't reach anyone and no refunds.
Answer: Very hard to reach and when you do hear from somebody you get nothing but the runaround it's like they don't even read your question.
