I have been trying to work with Fanatics agent via chat communication to solve my problem for months. During this period of time, I received 3 tickets for my case but never got the $7.99 credit which was promised by Fanatics agent multiple times.
I ordered two NBA jerseys for my 10 year old son for Christmas. They were considerably cheaper than any other sporting goods stores. We were very happy to see that they were not lacking in quality & we received them in plenty of time for Christmas!

Spoke with another sales person and they said there was nothing that they could do for me. Very disappointed with your service department. I ordered Creighton University smooth fabric Scarf that is in one loop…think it is called Infinity Scarf. The very strong chemical used in the manufacturing process is horrible…laundering does not remove it. We had to put it in Ziploc bag to hide it.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

Answer: No kidding. These fools are liars and thieves. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
