After leaving my last review, I was contacted by Chastity who was Able to completely remedy my situation, Although i won't get my product by Christmas, I will still get the things that i ordered, For that I am super thankful and Impressed by Fanitcs' ability to Right a wrong, That even they may not be responsible for. I can Respect that, and re-write my review to 5 stars to reflect the understanding, and kindness i was shown today.

There was a problem with the shipping company. They stepped in, took care of it, and reshipped the items that were needed very quickly.

Ordered a jersery on December 5. Received an email stating that it shipped out on the 12th. Now it's the 23rd and it's still not here. It was supposed to be delivered today, but I just checked and it's not showing delivery until tomorrow (Christmas Eve). It's almost 2020... you're telling me it takes 12 days to ship ONE package from Indiana to Mississippi? Heck, I could have driven there and back by now 12 times by now! This is simply HORRIBLE customer service! 19 days from order to delivery (if it actually shows up tomorrow)! Fanatics has definitely lost my business!

I was really scared to order from this site because of all the bad reviews i read. However, that wasnt my experience. Maybe it is only on Apparel, unsure. Anyways, i ordered some Florida Gator Nike Shoes and when they arrived they were exactly like the picture and great qaulity. I ended up having to return them bc the pair of shoes i looked at for my boyfriend happened to be the 1 pair out of all of them that wasnt his size. Ugh. I logged on to the site and went to my order and hit return order. It generated me a label (at no cost, i seen people saying they got charged to ship it back, maybe things have changed idk) i placed it in the box and sent it back. No problems at all.

Late late late late! I was supposed to receive my package on December 18,2019 I still haven't received it called FedEx they said that they couldn't even find the package I didn't upgrade the tracking number didn't even come up in their system. Call the company over and over again their automated system kept hanging up on me two they send you to a automated texting thing online and those people lie to you the one time that I did get somebody on the phone they lied to send me a bogus email stating that they upgraded my shipping order and it still didn't get to me next dayThe email that they sent me to confirm that they upgraded my arm order delivery time didn't even state that the delivery time was upgraded I will never order from them again

Brianna gave top notch customer service and I am so glad she was the one to take my call. She was professional and straight to the point. I wasnt on hold for very long at all for her to get everything situated and when came back on the line she gave me the best news. Not only did she put my order in to be shipped next day to arrive on Christmas eve but she even noted to make sure the item was operational before being sent out. Brianna deserves the highest credit and recognition! Thank you for making my Christmas much more memorable!

So I purchased an NBA shirt for my wife on 12/11. That shirt should have been shipped on 12/16, but on Tuesday the 17th I was emailed saying there was a delay on my item, so I checked the item page and sure enough there was a manufacturer delay now that wasn't there on the 11th. And now there was a notice on the main page saying that if your item does not arrive before Christmas it would be free.
So inquire about getting it for free since it indeed would still not arrive before Christmas. I was told NO... that I would not get it free. But I was told that I could cancel. So I asked to cancel. She submitted a case.
Now it's the 19th and my order said it was now tracking. So I asked them to cancel the order again or see again if I could get it for free since it still would not be here before Christmas. They said NO again. And guess what, now it's the 22nd, and FedEx still has not received the item (so no it HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED even though my item has a shipping tracking number). And they still won't cancel my order and they won't give it to me for free... and it still won't get here before Christmas. Totally unprofessional.
They will not cancel your order when they say the will. They will not honor their clause about giving you your item for free if it doesn't arrive before Christmas and they don't give a crap about you as a customer. I'm done with these guys. I will not order from them again unless this is resolved. I'm not about to have the item come to my house and then have to tell my wife..."sorry hon I'm sending it back now so you will not get the shirt even though it's here now" and then have to pay $9.99 to ship it back on top of that.

Does not follow through with their "promises" Save yourself the time and hassle and just buy your items from Amazon.com. You will get them in a couple of days and if they mess up, they will make it right, unlike Fanatics.com.

I placed an order on 12/15/19 and paid $18+, for two day shipping to ensure arrival by 12/24. On 12/21 I received an email that it would ship on 12/26. I tried to contact customer service via chat; it says we are too busy; give us a call. When you call it says we are too busy and hangs up.

You know it's bad when Fanatics "manages" their Google reviews to only have positive reviews all written the same way! My experience trying to get the perfect gift ended up as a nightmare on this site and their third party customer service. I got different stories from customer service and met with dead ends when trying to reach a resolution. I've never been treated so rudely by customer service over a promo code on their website. I've got screen shots and a call recording of all the dishonesty they pulled over a lousy $8.00. Fanatics has lost me and everyone I know as a customer.

I ordered a mug on Dec 11. They "shipped" on dec 16 and provided fedex tracking info. As of 12-21 fedex still has not received it from fanatics, so it wasn't shipped. I tried calling them, after going through the phone tree for several minutes, the recording said agents are busy, and suggested the on-line chat. I tried the chat, and it wasn't a real chat, simply canned answers to questions that eventually told me that the chat couldn't help and directed me to call and talk to an agent.

I ordered two items from fanatics two weeks ago, one was a germany jacket and the other was a Russia jersey. I won't order from fanatics anymore. A few days after I paid over $90 for my germany jacket, it went on sale and they didn't honor a discount. Good luck talking an actual $#*!ing person at fanatics. My friend said he met the owner of Fanatics some gaping j e w millenial dbag from New York, enough said.

Placed an order in Dec. 9th 2019 of 2 items for my brother for Christmas. Site showed order shipped but when I clicked on the tracking number, it states invalid. I called them and was on hold forever. Then they can't find the shipping info and now the items are out of stock. I asked to place another order and get the special shipping they are offering now(promise delivery by Christmas-$19.99) for the price of the shipping I had paid on Dec. 9th of $4.99. They state they can't do it even though they messed up the order. So don't order from this company.

3 different occasions they messed up my order including sending the wrong team. This time wrong address refuse to fix it and it still hasn't left the warehouse

This may be the worst company in America. I placed an order on Nov. 26th. 3 of my sweatshirts fit was small since the fanatic brand men's large is better fit for a 9 year boy or girl. Anyway, they created a return label (which of course you get charged for) and I sent the items via Fed Ex. Next, I received an email stating that they credited my original form of payment. Well, my original form of payment was partial credit card and partial gift card. I did not receive my credit towards my gift card, since the gift card no longer had any value and was properly disposed. Simple solution is to issue an e-card in the amount that supposedly went back to the gift card. Apparently, that is a foreign concept to them, as they said you are SOL and should not have thrown out the gift card that no longer had any value. Thus far, it has been three weeks of phone calls with rude responses, countered with unaccountability and being pushed off to other representatives as well as being placed on hold after hold after hold is just one of their many "Teflon" tactics. This was confirmed with one of the reps I had the pleasure of being placed on hold. Next, one of the representatives mocked me for throwing away a gift card. Come on, great service their. Just a complete classless company that will go under in a few years. Just read the other reviews. They have an average rating of 1.6/5 in more than 3k reviews. Do not buy from Scamatics you will get burned!

I received the wrong shirt on my order. I purchased a Stephen Curry shirt for my son. (His favorite basketball player). I received a Buffalo Bills mens shirt! So, I called in and spoke with Spencer. He was very fast, charming, and took care of everything for me! I understand sometimes stuff like this happens, and wrong merchandise gets sent. I appreciate how the situation was corrected and how fast! Just in time for Christmas! Thanks Spencer! This is the second time I have been disappointed in the shipping of sports gear from this site. It does finally arrive but not in time for Christmas. I placed an order on Black Friday for5 items. 3 of them did arrive in time to be given. The last two items (the ones I needed soonest as they needed to be shipped to Philadelphia) did not arrive as promised and so will not be there for Christmas. In talking with an online assistant one of the items is out of stock and at this point doesn't matter anyway. Sure am glad the other 2 places I ordered sports gear from are better about shipping as promised. I will Order from them in the future.

Be warned.
When you are placing your order it will give you a delivery date that arrives BEFORE Christmas.
AFTER you place your order, you will get an email a few days later, changing the delivery date to AFTER Christmas.
I contacted customer service via chat and was told there is nothing they can do, and that it is "better late then never".
Then she offered a 20% discount for future order, then said, she was just joking, and kept typing in all caps like she was yelling at me for being upset.
It is clear they do not care about their customers and think it is funny.

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
