I ordered a shirt from them on Oct. 8th, took about 3 weeks but I received the wrong size shirt. Contacted them back because they sent the wrong size and they wanted me to keep it and give me 30% off my next order. I told them NO, I want what I ordered. They told me they would send the correct size and just keep the original shirt they sent. Well now it is Nov. 18th and I still don't have the shirt. Customer service is extremely slow and really nonexistent. Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering! Again. Just don't do it!

I ordered four shirts from Fairy Season. Two shirts were over an inch shorter than the website size chart stated. The plaid shirt I ordered was a shiny thin material, and depicted on the website as a soft flannel material. The 4th shirt I ordered is SO thin, you can see right through it, and again is not pictured this way. Customer service is TERRIBLE! They have said there can be a 2-3% size difference on shirt sizes, there are not MANY differences from the pictures I sent compared to the pictures on their website, and under no circumstance do they accept returns or exchanges. This company is a complete scam. Dont waste your money, youll be disappointed. I would leave zero stars if possible - the company doesnt deserve even one based on my experience.

I ordered a super cute Halloween baseball style shirt. It took over two weeks to arrive, not a big deal but nowhere on the website does it say that it's coming from China. It arrived two days after Halloween, so fat lot of good it did me. According to the size chart, it should have fit, but when I measured it, it was two inches smaller than advertised. The fabric was weird, not tshirt material, and it smelled horrible. The fit was also very strange. Too big in the neck, yet it pulled from the shoulders. Poorly made. When I pointed out that their sizing was off, they offered me a 20% refund and a discount on a future purchase, like I'd buy anything else from them. They wouldn't pay for me to return it, even though it clearly wasn't as advertised, and wouldn't give me a full refund. Shop away if you don't mind wasting $10-15, but otherwise, pay more for something better.

I bought 3 shirts - first one was the right size but the print on the shirt was pealing in some spots but it was ok. The 2nd and 3rd shirts were completly the wrong size i ordered 2xl and they sent extra small. No person who is wears xl to xxl is going to fit in an extra small shirt. Company told me to send pictures and sizes to prove but they they said you have to double the numbers which is not correct and so they said they would give me an amazing discount on my next order "For the inconvenience, We'd like to you amazing discount on your next order." which turned out to be 10% which is complete BS! I will never ever buy from them again and dont waste your money on them either. Terrible customer services and terrible return policy!

I'm a full-size busted female who likes wear xxl shirts. I order some shirts & blouses from FairySeason, did get what I ordered no the two of the came in a small & petite and the other two 3xl which were way to big, I also ordered some pink suede summer heels
Where the material was coming apart and the box they came was crushed that was stuff along with my shirts in the same package. Everything I ordered can't wear too small or too big. I complain to customer service sent them picture with order numbers & pictures. When customer service finally contacted me they ask for more pictures like i was not telling the truth.And then offered me a 10% on my purchase; I wanted a full refund but these idiots thought I would order their poor quality made clothing & shoes. Still have not received a full-refund.

DON'T DO IT. Do you think you'll be the one in a million who has a good experience with Fairy Season? Unlikely. Read the comments on their Facebook page of the horror stories people have.

As for me, I paid for expedited shipping last year to get my shirt by Thanksgiving. It didn't arrive until after Christmas. Not only that, but it was paper-thin, and I'd ordered a 2XL but it wasn't even big enough for my 10-year-old niece. All product comes from China.

Their customer service is a joke.

So, the tee shirts are cheap and cute. Did they pill and tear at the seams after a few wears? Yes. The couple Mom tees I ordered fit well, but were a wee bit shorter than I prefer. I ordered xl and I wear medium, knowing these were probably straight from China and made for tiny Asian ladies. Happy with what I got, but I also shop at Goodwill for the cheaper prices and "disposable" clothing I don't expect to last me years and years!
