I ordered the Hallmark socks as a gag Christmas gift. They took my $19.08 but I never received the product or shipping information. As the other shopper noted, I wish I had checked the reviews prior to ordering. Live and learn :/ DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
It has taken over a week to start shipping my order, and then only a partial shipment, then another partial shipment still the order has not been fulfilled 10 days later. I would NOT order from them again, and since some of the merchandise was licensed, I presume, by Hallmark I will be notifying them about their poor service for this day and age.

This company is horrible. I checked the size chart and ordered over $100 worth of clothes, size medium and 2 items fit me correctly. The remaining items didnt fit correctly at all. Two sweat shirts were crop tops and the sleeves barely came to my fore arms. One dress was completely transparent and had a seam right down the front of the dress which wasnt shown in pictures. Another dress, size medium, I could fit 3 other people in the dress with me. When contacting the company, the offered me 30% refund only and told me there was nothing else they could do. It has been 3 months since I make the original order and this issue is still not resolved. The total refund amount was just about $17. I will never order from this place again and I urge you to shop elsewhere.

I placed an order and my item was never received. I contacted the seller (turns out in they are in China) and requested a refund multiple times. I never received a response. I had to file a fraud complaint with my bank.

This company is a complete sham. The clothes look NOTHING like the pictures on their website. The material is cheap, the colors are off, the quality is poor and poorly made... it's a total waste of money to buy anything here. Plus, no return or money back policy says it all!

I ordered sweatshirts and they took my money but two months later never got my items. Luckily I ordered it through PayPal, and filed a complaint. Got a full refund. Don't order from them ever! They are thieves!

I originally ordered something in the first week of September, expecting it'd be in by Halloween for a birthday. I received a shipping confirmation email before the actual shipping date (?, how this happened who knows). Nothing ever came, and I waited for the company's minimum 30 days before contacting them. They said it was held up at customs and to give it another week. Two weeks pass and nothing arrives. Now I'm asking for a refund. In return they offer to expedite ship something else (my choosing) of a similar price in 3 days. Surprise, surprise: no shipping confirmation email or any contact after 3 business days. Now I'm going to ask for a refund of the original item and the new item just for all the unnecessary, ridiculous stress that has happened because of their mistakes.

Orderd in August, its now November. And... Nothing!
I've repeatedly asked for refunds, they say wait until Oct 31. On Nov 1 after asking for refund again, they offered to re-ship. I again asked for a refund, they then said they will deduct $8 for the shipping. Nov 12, still no refund.

Do NOT order from this company! I placed an order on 09/29 and still have not received it. I've been ever excuse from the item wasn't in stock to the weather delayed processing to the item shipped and the tracking information to the package must of gotten lost, but I should wait 7-10 days to see if it shows up at my house. The tracking information says they have been preparing the shipment since 11/02 with no change. They have refused to issue a refund and I'm now in the process of a fraud investigation with my bank.

I was hesitant to buy from a company I'd never heard from but was wonderfully surprised when my shirts showed up & the quality was great & sizes were normal. I will now make a second order. The Xmas selections are wonderful!
I do love the clothes but what I love most is they will correct mistakes and they are excellent about answering emails and staying in touch. I appreciate that!
I have my own Etsy shop and website this company took from my online stores my photos I took and then used them to post on their website. I hope whoever purchased from them gets there money back! Check out my online store@ threepeaksclothing.com I can also make other designs just message me.
I ordered socks from a FB ad from this company. My bank contacted me the next day, flagging it due to it being a fraudulent company. It came up on their end as an electronics company from Hong Kong!
I said that I wanted to reverse the charges due to their misleading info. After this I did some more digging, and found all the awful comments.
FairySeason then sent me multiple emails and FB messages, threatening me to drop my bank dispute because "it made them look bad". They said until I did so, they would never send me my product or issue me a refund.
I obviously said No Way, and my bank ultimately gave me my money back. Even after this, they STILL sent me harassing emails.
I commented on every FB post I could to spread the word to others, and they blocked me from a few of their pages (they have 20+ FB Pages).
Please never order from this company!
I ordered a shirt on September 4th, 2018. Today is November 3,2018. I have not recieved the shirt. I've been in contact with the company for almost a month now. They refuse to issue a refund. They told me they couldn't track the package because it was free shipping, but to check with the post office. If there is no tracking, what can the post office do?! They finally offered to reship the shirt with tracking. I don't want the effing shirt anymore, but they aren't giving me my back so I guess I'm stuck with this. I guess we'll see. They are horrible, and I would advise against ever doing business with this company.
Worst customer service ever. Gave me a huge run around about returning the items because of the garbage quality. I even paid out of pocket to send them back but they refused to pick them up from the airport mail. So I lost additional money over $175.00 beyond pissed never again I hope this place gets shut, down and charges pressed. I reported them.
Answer: I guess in a sense you could say that. I received everything I ordered, but the quality is HORRIBLE. Nothing like what I believed I was ordering. And the shipping time was absolutely unacceptable being well over a month. I ordered in September and didn't receive until October.
Answer: If you ordered through PayPal, you can open a dispute. I waited 2 months for my orders from this horrible company. Once my PayPal dispute was in progress, they had 5 days to respond (which they didn't), and I got my money back on the 6th day.
Answer: It's a scam site, I highly doubt you will get your money back.
Answer: You will not get your order and even when you do, you will be extremely disappointed. I can't actually understand how this company is allowed to do business here. I was sent a broken, cheap looking purse and they WILL NOT refund. I've ordered from similar sites and have never had a problem.
Answer: I had ordered back in October and never received so I emailed I. November 11 only to be told I would recieve my items that week... i have yet to receive any of the items I ordered and they wont even reslond to my emails anymore.
Answer: Thats just it, they wont refund your money! They only wanted me to accept 15%of what i paid like it was my fault! When i saw china i said nope id probably spend mire on shipping than what i paid! NEVER AGAIN!
Answer: It takes months, I recommend disputing it with your bank to get your money back, IF you get it, its poor quality.
