I paid for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping means the item ships in 3 to 7 business days according to the website. That is a lie. I placed my order on March 5. A shipping label was created on March 8 but my items weren't shipped until March 18th. That is 10 business days and they still charged me the extra $10 and didn't send my items. I spoke with them multiple times via email about it and each time they lied saying my items had been sent while all the while I could see online they had not been. BAD BUSINESS! I have yet to get a refund for the expedited shipping. I have only received more and more excuses from this company.
I can believe that i can found my favorite dress here, i so excited my dress that i buy from this size really fit with me. Best site ever..
Sent the company a picture of the shirt I received it had extra thread hanging off of it and on the sleeve there was extra tread and if I pulled it off there would be a hole. The shirt felt like paper and not comfortable at all. Anyways I contacted them several times not helpful at all told me to give my shirt away and they will give me credit towards my next order. No one will want it it's poorly made and their sizing isn't right either the size it says I should take is too small. But I've been emailing them every day and I get no response I'd just like my money back for this awful shirt I got. I just suggest everyone save their money and buy elsewhere cause what you see in the pictures will not be what comes to your door

This shirt has been a life saver for my husband who had rotator cuff surgery two weeks ago. He is in a shoulder brace which straps his arm to his side. How does it work... the shirt has velcro closures which allows you to open the shirt from the neck to the end of the sleeve on each side. While open on both sides, my husband steps into the shirt and pulls it up under the brace and then closes the the Velcro. Genius! The closure looks like a design feature. I ordered one and took it to the hospital for the ride home. (His nurse thought it was fantastic.) I ended up ordering three more. Good quality and launders well.
SCAM SCAM SCAM! Luckily for them I cannot rate lower then 1 star! Worst company I've ever dealt with for online shopping. I ordered 2 halloween shirts back in August 2018 and have yet to receive them... its March 2019! After MULTIPLE emails back and forth with the company they finally agreed to refund my full amount (even this was a pain because they tried to deduct money for shipping costs which I refused!) This was almost a month ago and I have yet to receive the refund! Shocker there. This company is nothing but a SCAM SCAM SCAM! I will say they respond to emails but they just talk in circles and answer NO questions. Will never order from them again and will continue to inform others of the dishonesty and terrible company this truly is!

I placed an order about two weeks ago and the tracking updates states the facility is still waiting for the package. I attempted to reach out and contact the company for an update and have yet to recieve any response, after reading the additional reviews I am a little concerned as some customers never recieved their products. They shipping estimated 5-12 days, however the shipping facility hasn't even recieved the product yet. I was pleased at the ease of purchase however I can not recieve a response or an update on shipping

I ordered $70 worth of bikinis WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING (an extra $10) a month ago. I didn't receive any of the bikinis or any order number in my email and the site says I have no orders. But check my bank account and the money was taken out So I paid for items I never received and am bikiniless for the cruise I am going on.

I ordered 4 t-shirts about 3 weeks ago and I just got them. I didn't expect them for at least another week. I read a lot of bad reviews after I ordered that completely freaked me out, but I got exactly what I asked for. My t-shirts are all the good size, they were so much cheaper than in any store, the designs are awesome and totally my style plus it's made of polyester which is so much better than cotton if you ask me. I can't wait to wear them!

Despite their cute items for sale and great prices, DO NOT order from this company. I ordered well before Christmas (3 weeks?) & I am still receiving items in individual packages; nothing has packaging slips, everything is written in chinese, and 1 shirt received is stained & too small. I would love to return all items despite the quality seeming nice; the situation is infuriating and I don't want to give xmas gifts 1/25. There's no phone number. I've sent multiple emails with replies irrelevant to my messages. One of their e-mails noted item numbers (without telling me what items, just numbers) which were no longer available but already paid for, explaining no refund available (?). Like I said, it's infuriating. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau. It is my own fault perhaps, bc I didn't realize the company is over seas in China. A lot of money wasted, expensive lesson. Look elsewhere for good deals.

Do not order from this site. You would not believe what they have put me through. First I ordered a bathing suit, next thing it arrives but it's not the size I ordered. I emailed fairy season and their response to it was that they didn't have the size I ordered and paid for in stock so they just went ahead and sent me a bigger size. Emails went back and forth for days. They would say can't you just give the item to a friend or family member. Finally I got fed up and started writing bad reviews. Then I received a message from them asking me to remove my bad reviews and they would refund the item. Well I did and days went by and still no refund. I emailed again and asked where my refund is. They replied with asking me if I took down bad review and now if I did they would refund 50 percent I'm done with this company never again will I order from them and I strongly suggest you don't either. This company is a joke

I purchased a tank top from them in August and my card was immediately charged, not just a hold put on it like a lot of companies do until the item is delivered. I waited 60 days, as per their instructions, and emailed them when my item had not arrived. The tracking was not available to me. After a few days they emailed back saying it appeared my package had been lost, and now the item was out of stock, and I could choose another item that was the same price. No offer of a choice to refund. So I chose another top and immediately emailed back with the info. Another several days and they emailed saying that my original item had been reshipped but that the tank top ran small so my size had been bumped up. Umm, what? Didn't ask, just sent it. When I received the top it was huge. It did not run small, but in fact big. I emailed back saying this and that I wanted to return it and I expected a full refund, as I had waited now 3 months to receive the wrong size. They would not accept a return or issue a refund and asked if I could keep it for a friend. What? They knowingly sent me a size I did not order and lied about the product being small and then won't take it back, and by this time it has been 3 months since I ordered it. The emails were ridiculous and each time there were days in between replies. I called my bank and explained it to them and they issued me a refund, so I emailed FairySeason and told them my bank had given me a refund so I got my money back and now they're not getting their shirt back and receiving a one star review. They emailed back saying if I insisted on returning then the return shipping would be on me. LOL. They kept emailing after I kept telling them to leave me alone, I got my money back so I was done with them. So unprofessional, so crazy, I will never again deal with them.

Answer: I guess in a sense you could say that. I received everything I ordered, but the quality is HORRIBLE. Nothing like what I believed I was ordering. And the shipping time was absolutely unacceptable being well over a month. I ordered in September and didn't receive until October.
Answer: If you ordered through PayPal, you can open a dispute. I waited 2 months for my orders from this horrible company. Once my PayPal dispute was in progress, they had 5 days to respond (which they didn't), and I got my money back on the 6th day.
Answer: It's a scam site, I highly doubt you will get your money back.
Answer: You will not get your order and even when you do, you will be extremely disappointed. I can't actually understand how this company is allowed to do business here. I was sent a broken, cheap looking purse and they WILL NOT refund. I've ordered from similar sites and have never had a problem.

Answer: Thats just it, they wont refund your money! They only wanted me to accept 15%of what i paid like it was my fault! When i saw china i said nope id probably spend mire on shipping than what i paid! NEVER AGAIN!
Answer: It takes months, I recommend disputing it with your bank to get your money back, IF you get it, its poor quality.
