I ordered a dress for my son's wedding and it was way too long and I'm tall. I contacted them for a return and they kept giving me the runaround. I wrote so many times and now I finally got a response saying they can only give me half of my money back and the shipping will be a lot of money. I wish I had looked up their name on the internet because I would have found this forum. I'm thinking about calling my credit card company to see if they can do anything about it. Do not buy from this company, they acted like they were a Japanese company but when the dress came, it was from China.

I ordered a dress for my daughters formal and when I finally received it the color silver I ordered looked like it was dyed in green then silver to cover it. It did not fit, one shoulder was higher than the other. The length was too long even with high heels. I tried to return it and they would only refund $5.00 when I told them that they claim to return any item that was not what is correct they told me it would be too much money for me to return to them. I told them UPS is worldwide. They continued to offer only $5.00 and now no one returns correspondence. This company is a rip off. They find pictures from catalogs or something and claim it is what they make. Buyer beware.

I just received my gown – it is beyond beautiful – more beautiful than I ever expected. I cannot believe you got to me so quickly and it is a perfect fit- I will have to have it hemmed – but that is good because now I have the perfect shoes to have it hemmed with. You have a wonderful website and your work is perfection. Thank you so very much. I most certainly will use you guys again for any event requiring a ball gown. Kudos to you and your staff!

Horrible! I ordered 4 dresses from this company. Three bridesmaids dresses and my wedding dress. All the dresses are way to long and my wedding dress was just down wrong altogether. I contacted the company for an exchange or refund like it states in their policy but they offered me only $5 back! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN POLICY THEY HAVE ON THEIR SITE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! After a while they stopped responding to me altogether! They gave me the excuse at one point that they can only return $5 because they have to pay materials and their employees. I paid $200 for the wedding dress and $130 each for the bridesmaids dresses! I will be reporting them to my credit card company and find what other places I can report them to in hopes others won't have to go through the same as I have.

Exactly what I wanted Beautiful dress, fabulous quality, and perfect fit! I was skeptical about ordering the dress because it was the first time. And I was worried about quality and delivery time. I am thrilled with the dress - it is exactly like the picture! The quality is better than anything I've tried on in the best department and boutique stores, and quality fabric and stitching. The color of my dress is gold and it is slightly darker than the champagne version shown on the website, which is what I wanted. Considering the value of this dress, I have to recommend it to others.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THIS COMPANY. THE DRESS I RECEIVED LOOKED LIKE A HORRIBLE COPY AND IT HAD A BIG RED SPOT ON THE SECOND LAYER OF THE BACK BODICE. I ASKED FOR A PRODUCT RETURN FORM 10 TIMES AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. THEY DO NOT ABIDE BY THEIR RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE... I HAVE SAVED THEIR EMAILS AND YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE HOW THEY JUST REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I REPORTED THEM TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND RECOVERED MY MONEY. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY ASAP. THIS COMPANY WOULD NOT HELP ME EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE IN THE WRONG. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. IF YOU DO IT WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I put in a custom size order for this dress and ordered it on rush shipping for my prom event on may 31st.
I recently searched around for reviews about this website and literally EVERY SINGLE REVIEW was horrendous and negative. I have had extreme anxiety ever since, so I emailed the company. They reassured me that they would make my dress with quality, however it was in poor english so that frightened me slightly.
I received my dress on Wednesday and I fell in love.
I literally screamed.
It was exactly what I wanted and exactly my size.
It was excellent quality and I felt like a princess.

Seriously, this website is trustworthy and reliable.
I cannot believe all of these negative reviewers freaked me out.

When I first saw this dress I liked it straight away and knew it was the one for me I wanted it as my wedding dress, when it arrived I fell in love with it, it is beautiful and made very well. When I tried it on I felt like a princess and was paid a lot of compliments. I know that I can where this dress again for special occasions and that is what I was looking for. I cannot wait to wear it on my big day. I have ordered several garments from site and I have been very pleased with them and I have received top customer service when I have had some queries I will defiantly order more goods from this company as the goods are top quality.

The best looking dress I seen this dress for the first time and i thought it was made for a queen and it is so elegant and modern that it takes me breath away. It is so gorgeous that it makes any one who wears it very beautiful and extreemely elegant. This dress has a beautiful colour and is very unique. This dress is so lovely and makes the person wearing look effortless and beautiful all at the same time. It is suitable for a wedding or a cocktail or even a formal occasion. It can even be worn as a wedding dress because of the colour and its design. This dress should be worn by every female around and it should win an award for best looking dress. I love it so much!

This dress is totally unacceptable and I cannot wear it.
First of all, the quality of the fabric is extremely poor. The color is not even close to the color as shown in the picture. The fit of the dress is very improper as the breast cups do not even come close to fitting a normal body. The fabric of the jacket is poor quality. I expected to get the same quality of lace as shown in picture. Instead the lace is cheaply made and does not lay on the body as it should. The lace jacket in the picture appears to be a soft fabric, what I received is stiff and cheap. The cut of the jacket is too short and does cover the body as shown in the details of the photo. The top of the dress should be another layer of lace on top of the chiffon as shown in the picture rather than cut and sewn lace on top of poor quality fabric that is stiff and wrinkled.

I have had nothing but frustration and trouble with this "company". I ordered my dress in good faith for my son's engagement party, and although I received the dress quickly, it was definitely a poor "imitation" of what was pictured. The dress had very poor workmanship as there was a "pucker" in the back and many of the rhinestones/beading were missing. When I contacted them to see about either a refund or repair, they advised me to get it repaired myself. I was not able to do that due to the fact that I didn't possess the materials (beading) in which to repair it and told them that the pucker problem would require a 'remake' of the dress. They have offered me anywhere from a 2%-50% refund, which does NOT comply with their return policy/quality guarantee (I should be able to receive a FULL refund according to their website stated policies), and they still have not told me how to return the dress for that refund. Every correspondence that I have with them results in a different answer and inadequate "solution". At this point in my correspondence with them, I have been offered a 10% refund, even though yesterday they offered me 15% and the week before 50%, all of which are not compliant with their website "promise" -- I am SO frustrated and would advise NO ONE to bother using this website. They are a total fraud company, and I intend to contact my credit card company in order to try to find a resolution to this problem.

The color was identical to what it had appeared on the website. I bought this dress in silver color. Once shipped, it arrived very quickly. The color was identical to what it had appeared on the website and the fit was incredible. It's one of those dresses that makes me look and feel thinner, which is always good. The length is perfect as it is not too short and is perfect if you don't want a long dress. The material of the dress is perfect and is thick enough that you don't have to worry about people being able to see your underwear or anything like that. The price, having bought it on offer, is perfect, but it is definitely worth its full-price value. It's an absolutely stunning dress and I can't wait to wear it. Thank you. So much!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! STAY AWAY! Dress came with gems falling off - the worst quality made dress I have ever seen! READ THE RETURN POLICY! When I emailed to say that the dress came falling apart they responded, "Take it to a seamstress". When I said I wanted to return it because of the poor quality and the prom was in less than a week so we had to find another dress anyway, they responded, "we give you 10%" I said that that would be less than $20 and I paid $177.99 plus $44. Shipping" They responded, "keep dress and we give you 14 us dollars". They DO NOT TAKE RETURNS at all because their return policy gives them the right to give only 10%.

Report this to your credit card company and tell them you were sold a counterfeit and its nothing like the stock photo that Fairyin.com stole from the designer. They post the real designers stock photos and act like they are selling the very dress in the picture when they really aren't. By reporting a dispute with your credit card company they will get your money back from fairyin.com but you have to tell them about how this is a scam and they are selling counterfeit items and not responding back to you and you want your money back. The credit card company will get your money back for you. Fairyin.com doesn't respond back or if they do they give you the run around telling you to send pictures and prove whats wrong and will make you do a bunch of bs and will give you the run aroud till you give up. Don't give up and have your credit card company deal with them.

Do not order from this website I ordered this dress and it came and was a total cheap Chinese counterfeit the dress was made out of the cheapest material did not look like the picture and came with holes and stings coming off of it. They steal a stock photo from a designer then use it as their own saying they sell the dress when in reality they they just make a cheap copy.
