As all others I was upset by the dress, awful, not possible to wear… a refund of 5% is just a joke compared to all money already paid… i wish we can make something more serious to stop them as their spoil reputation of other chinese sites! I have ordered from 2 other sites - no problems at all and very nice services, but here they just steal our money!

Ho ordinato il vestito su questo sito 20 giorni fa. è arrivato ieri. Colore diverso da quello richiesto ma fosse questo il problema... Completamente diverso dalla foto, materiale assurdo orribile. Indossato è osceno... non si puo' utilizzare neanche per una festa in maschera.
Spesa 140 euro.
Questa si chiama Truffa.
Allego la foto di come doveva essere e di com'è... precisando che peso 47 kg.

I received my dress today and it´s even better than I expected. The fabrics are of high quality and it is greatly sewn. I recommend this site to everybody!

This has been a terrible experience. I ordered two dresses for my senior prom, they were in the same size. One of them had a good fit except for the fact that it was really long. I am a tall person, but this was waaay to long. The other dress who also was the most expencive dress was awful. It had a completely wrong fit! I could not wear it at all. I sent them emails explaining why i wanted to return the dress, and the answer i got was that i had to send a picture of the dress. When I sent them pictures they said that they would rather recommend that i got the dress fixed local. After sending them several arguing emails they said that i could get a 5 % refund and still pay shipping and taxes. My advice for everyone is to stay away from this site! They are very unprofessional.

Fairyin dismisses my complaint.
The delivered dress is made very clear in the shoulders differently. The embroidery is a different and much more sequins were incorporated.
On these grounds for complaint Fairyin not responding.

The fact that the color is wrong, it is acknowledged in the meantime. First, I was told it would be at the light that the delivered dress is blue - green is ordered.

Fairyin want to make me happy with 10% or 15% discount - but what should I do with a blue dress? If I had wanted one thing, I would have bought one!

I have to say: the delivered dress is absolutely fine, no problem.
But it is "any gown" in "any color" and not what I bought and paid for.

I ordered from fairyin before I saw all the negative reviews, so I was really nervous what I would get. Ordered 2 dresses from them. I received them 4 days later then the event date I set. But the quality of the dresses was not very bad. Especially after I was expecting the worse. With the sizes they where a bit of, so had to make little adjustments. And there where loose ends everywhere! So had to inspect both of the dresses very carefully with the scissors. Overall would not order from them again.

Per coloro che coprono dall'italia: personalmente ho fatto l'ordine circa 3 settimane fa. Il vestito nella foto era molto bello, le recensioni sottostanti anche, così ho deciso di acquistarlo senza pensarci troppo. Dopo pochi giorni ho deciso di dare un'occhiata alle recensioni anche al di fuori del sito, ed è stata una tragedia. Tante persone hanno descritto la loro esperienza come la peggiore mai avuta con un sito di questo tipo. Al che ho incomincianto ad avere mille timori. Speravo solo che arrivasse il prima possibile. È arrivato dopo breve tempo, ho dovuto pagare 30 di dogana. Il vestito é della giusta taglia, senza difetti, ben cucito, i materiali, si sa, sono di scarsa qualità (100%poliestere) ma nel complesso risulta comunque un vestito elegante e ben fatto. Il colore è quello della foto (il mio consiglio è quello di decidere un vestito con il colore che desiderate che sia direttamente mostrato nella foto, altrimenti rischiate di selezionare un colore, ma quello che arriva potrebbe essere di una tonalità che non vi piace). Ricomprerei volentieri da questo sito, i tempi di consegna sono veloci e gli abiti corrispondono a quanto detto. Io credo che questa infinita quantità di recensioni negative sia dovuta al fatto che molte persone si aspettano materiali e stoffe di grande qualità, cosa da escludere, i vestiti arrivano e sono confezionati ad honkong ed il materiale è poliestere, ma questo lo si dovrebbe mettere in conto dall'inizio.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered an afterparty dress, a wedding veil, and a pair a shoes. All cost me a little over $200. It all come looking very different from the picture on the website and using different and cheaper fabrics; and the shoes that i ordered a size bigger (their american 10) were smaller than the american 8 1/2. When i contacted customer service to return the items, they asked me to take pictures and send it to them. That was the last i heard of them. I sent pictures and emailed them more than 10 times and the never replied or offer a solution. Now I'm stuck with a dress, shoes and an ugly veil i cannot use. Save yourself the trouble. The pictures are great on the website but that is not the item you will receive.

BEWARE! Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and it arrived very poorly packaged, it was all bundled up inside out and even had a wet spot on it when I took it out of the package. (Still not sure what that was)
The dress itself did not look at all like the picture, the lace was torn in many places, the hem was extremely uneven and the other half of the hook in the back was missing, not to mention that the custom sizing that I paid for was completely off. When I contacted their customer service, they asked me to send them pictures and they would make good. I sent the pictures and their response was "can't you get it fixed?" REALLY? I paid almost $300 for this hideous dress and now they want ME to get it fixed? This dress isn't even quality enough to send to Goodwill!

If there are "0" points I would give this company. Worst experience ever. First you need to pay customs (pretty expensive because the dress is made in China) and when you unpack the dress you will find out it isn't the one in the picture. A pretty bad version of the picture. The quality and the measures do not match at all. After writing them about the dress and that it is not the one in the picture, I got the following answer: "what is wrong with the dress, it looks nice" Sorry a real customer service would handle it differently! I saw a lot of good remarks, I can't believe they are real must either from company employees or from people who like surprises.@ all negative remarks: Contact you Creditcard company and complaint about them an d ask for your money. So they will be kicked out by master card and visa. Best to stop this bad business.

I give this company "0" stars! My experience with them has been horrible. I ordered two dresses at the same time. I sent in my custom measurements. I received both dresses at the same time and one fit and the other is HUGE. The company refuses to except responsibility by telling me I got what I ordered!?! The communication with them is only via email with some responses being sent in broken English. There is no phone number and no way at all to get a professional response or a manager! It is like a phantom company. I do not understand how they can operate a business without being held accountable? I am even willing to take a credit and buy something else (they do sell other things besides dresses). Also, the dress that does fit, but needs some alterations, has beads on it that keep falling off so I have to pay extra $$ to have them reinforced. If something seems too good to be true -- there is usually something wrong! I learned the hard way and I plan to investigate this company fully. They operate out of China.

I would give this company NEGATIVE stars if I could! Do not buy from this company, I repeat do NOT. They do not abide by their return policy. They give you this runaround about how it's "to much money and not acceptable" even when you ask for 45-50% back which they say they would give if it's not what you ordered and the fault was on them. I ordered a dress in all black and it had rhinestones all over that we're not showed in the picture plus a white bodice underneath the top of the dress that wasn't showed in the picture. Looked completely different from what I ordered and they only offered me $5-7 dollars. I've been emailing them back and forth explaining how their mistake shouldn't cost me almost the whole dress. They even told me to go get it tailored at my local alteration store. Wtf? I shouldn't have to go do something like that, I should get what I ordered the first time. Do not buy from this company unless you're willing to get something cheap and made not according to what you ordered, & then not get your money back!
