Fae House only offers exchanges, not refunds, so I followed their policy and shipped my item back. The package was delivered to them on November 5—I verified the tracking and sent them the proof.It is now November 26, and I have heard absolutely nothing. I've emailed multiple times and used the contact form on their website, and they have not acknowledged my exchange request or the returned item.Because they only provide store credit, I was expecting to receive it in a timely manner so I could use the Black Friday promotions. Instead, the complete lack of response means I've missed those deals entirely.At this point, I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to recover my money. This level of non-communication is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend shopping with Fae House based on this experience.
