Its great that you can find all of your friends from high school.
The website where I probably spend 25% of my online time. :)
It's a love-hate relationship with facebook. Can't live with it, can't live without it. It's great for staying in touch with people and sharing what everybody is up to, especially if you don't have the time and muse to take care of all your friendships constantly.
What I don't like about it are the privacy issues. I don't want to become a citizen of glass and give all my information to people I don't know and who will use it themselves for what I don't know. But this is why you have to make up your mind about how you want to use a webpage like facebook. As long as you share as little information about yourself as possible (and I don't think that a post like "Having bad digesting problems today" will catch the interesst of a third party) you will be just fine and can enjoy the benefits of this site.
I joined facebook during its early stages of transitioning from strictly private to few colleges that were allowed to join. I enjoyed those days because back then facebook was strictly for college students, a way for them to stay connected and share info with classmates or friends. Back then you could also share you schedule with your facebook friends. Later they decided to open to the general public which just bit degrading of them. Now days you see high schoolers and middle schoolers on facebook and it feels like another myspace accept with more confusing privacy options. Overall I still enjoy being on facebook. I've found majority of my elementary and middle school friends which I lost touch with. It's a great source to get in touch with anyone. If you're looking to kill some time there's always farmville, poker, and much more...
Great site to connect with friends. Its great for businesses as well. ONly downside is if you don't becareful, you can get sucked into facebook and be on int 24/7.
Thanks God we have Facebook! It is the one site where I can keep in touch with my foreign friends! Indeed, every country have their own mail service, and sometimes it becomes a big problem to receive and send messages, but with Facebook I am really happy!
Good website for communicating to friends and family!, However as everyone is using it now, There are some vulnerability's in security.
How can I not review Facebook. Everyone knows it but I spend half my life here. It is so good for me (I am au pair in England) so it is good for to keep in touch with my friends at home. I used to be Hi5 user but I am a FB convert.!
Don't buy any game credits on this site. They will keep charging your account endlessly without authorization from u because they have your info. Paid$5 for credits for my 5 yr old granddaughter and and because she bought pets instead of using the credits they took money out of my account. I am now overdrawn $1014 so far. They save your info and just keep charging u.
If you are into social networking, run as fast as you can from Livehealthclub.com and join Facebook.
Facebook. Facebook. Facebook.
Facebook started as a very exclusive club limited to college kids; now, the social site is open to all (though users must be at least 13 years old to join). Once a member, you can choose to join one or more "networks" -- a constellation of people at your school, your job, or in your region. When you join a network, others in that network can read your profile if you want them to. You can join "groups" that form around a common interest, like a band or a hobby. Users create profiles of themselves: interests, schools attended, political views, and more. You can choose to let only your friends (or certain friends) see your profile, allow only people in your networks to view it, or opt to have no limits at all. Users post photos to their online albums, send messages to one another, scribble notes on each other's "walls," and send "gifts" (icons that cost $1 after the first free one). There's also "The Marketplace," which allows members to post and search classifieds. An IM function is coming soon.
Facebook is a great place for keeping in touch with friends and making new ones. The interface is bright and inviting and makes it a snap to share thoughts, photos, links, videos and more in a constantly updated news feed. As with any open social networking site, kids can easily lie about their ages to join Facebook -- and then post dodgy stuff that could haunt them later. The good news is Facebook's new safeguard for minors, which at least blocks kids' posts from showing up on the Internet. On the downside, Facebook now makes more of a user's profile info publicly available. It's up to users to painstakingly tweak settings to hide this info.
I find both good and bad things on this site. I throughly enjoyed being able to ask questions and respond to other moms and for the most part they were all polite. However I did run into some concern when a group I was in had to shut down and become private due to others making shall we say unsocialable comments. This is the same reason I left Cafemom. However in this case it was not the admins but the COM's organizers that didn't do anything other then kick off the person who's only crime was to complain. So I say that it could have been handled better. I am not impressed when any site that is supposed to be for everyone favors one group.
A friend of mine is on this site so I went over to it to take a look at it. It was strange because I did get a warning on my McAfee virus scanner when I visited this website. I just disregarded the message as I know my friend has been on it for awhile and seems to love it. Just thought I would notify people in case they also saw that warning.
The worst online network. Its only in place so the companies and the governments can spy on the people.
I dislike facebook due to its many privacy issues and vague terms of services. Pretty much they own everything that is uploaded there and have the right to modify and redistribute it. I would much rather join a niche social network with strict rules and privacy policies that a network as facebook.
Fb changes layout without letting users know, constant errors on page, cannot handle the volume of users, alienation of certain users from viewing recent newsfeed posts.
Facebook is a fun place for connecting and reconnecting with friends and family.
They need to fix a lot of their applications and it is sometimes confusing on there but I still like it.
This is a facebook application that I really like. You can send up a balloon to memorialize a loved on and also read stories and pass on balloons for others.
It's a great way to show you care be it for someone you love or just passing it along for another with a little prayer.
Its good social site. Both are in the competitive level. Both have some slight changes and one has a special thing which the other does not (in my opinion)

Answer: Yes... I also use WhatsApp but it's the same Facebook that's created WhatsApp also
Answer: Because they don't care, and it's probably millions, not hundreds. There are no internet laws protecting consumers of that place. It would take a bill in congress, and guess who also doesn't care what FB does to its users? U.S. Congress! Zuckerberg is having private meetings with the thug in the White House, trying to cover his butt or ensure nothing happens to his precious company in liability law suits.

Answer: Same exact thing happened to me just yesterday and I'm so beyond pissed off and upset, I'm so worried whoever hacked my account will take all my videos and pics of my children and sell them to pedophiles and Facebook won't help me at all, I sent documentation to prove it is my account but they still won't fix it, UGH!
