No legitimate clothing company charges $600 a year for it's "service"!
$49.95 per MONTH?! And if you didn't realize you had signed up for this sleazy small print "membership" then you can easily throw away $600 a year. Even Amazon or credit cards don't charge that much! Who the hell would consider $600 a SAVINGS to buy some freaking workout clothes? That's a SCAM!
$5-10 is even too much for a monthly charge for this. Anything that's a recurring monthly charge based on people not reading fine print, and/or an initial "free" membership is ILLEGAL in other countries. How we allow this in America is just despicable. Sleazy companies can just prey upon poor people in this country.
Kate Hudson can go f*** herself. A rich Hollywood celebrity (grandfathered into the business by her rich parents) does not need to be scamming Americans for money. What a freaking lowlife thing to do.

The clothes are nice! However they are definitely made for skinny girls. I'm 5'1 125lbs and it says I should fit in a small. I'm in between a large and a medium. The top of the pants constantly roll down while I'm reaching my yoga classes. I have a pair that is becoming very stretched out already and I've had them less than a year.

I want to discontinue my VIP membership as I have all the athletic clothes I need right now. If you discontinue your VIP membership, you lose all the VIP credits you paid for. I understand that you can go in each month and opt out, but it is tough for me to remember, so i feel like I'm stuck with maintaining the membership just so I don't lose the credits I've earned through the year. I would love to see a way to "cash out" your VIP credits, and not have to be in a position to forfeit them. I'm sure I agreed to all of this when I signed up for VIP, but how it actually plays out doesn't feel great and I'm pretty frustrated.
I like fabletics products, and most of my workout attire is Fabletics.

The experience as follows:
• Set a reminder to skip at the first of the month so I don't get charged
• Look for 50% off sales and hope it's for items that I like in the colors I like
• Shop
I'd much more prefer an opt-in system, where I choose what items are my favorites and have the system notify me.
The subscription model is weird and seems unnecessary and scammy. The only reason I continue to shop at Fabletics is because the quality of your products are so high compared to alternatives, but I'm not a fan of the pricing model at all.

I hate that I have to call in to cancel, and every time they refuse to cancel for some reason. Also annoyed by the auto monthly payments. Wish I had never signed up for this.

I was able to get legging for all three of my daughter-in-laws for Christmas this year. After having babies they were complaining about finding comfortable leggings that covered the baby tummy. I know I love my Fabletics so I ordered them all a few pairs during the sale! I am so excited to give them their gifts! I am sure they will be hooked!

I have tried to cancel my vip numerous times online and it doesn't work. When I call they always try and talk me out of it. And I am easily overwhelmed

Didn't receive large order purchased on Black Friday at 80% off. They said they couldn't put a trace on it for another 3 weeks. I called FedEX and they willingly put a trace on it. When it arrived, the box had been re-tagged and was missing most items. The fact that the items were missing is likely not Fabletics fault, but refusing to put a trace on the package is a Fabletics customer service issue. I alerted Fabletics who said many of the items were no longer available so they would give me a store credit, not a refund. So, they want to give me a store credit for items I bought at 80% off, but will have to buy next items at full price. If they don't provide ordered and paid for items, there only choice is a refund. After leaving a review on another site they resonded they would get back to me to resolve with 48 hours. That was 4 days ago, no response.

I had a membership with Fabletics. For a whole year I was privy to $24 leggings, as long as I bought one pair a month. I went to order my one pair, never missing a beat, and they tried to tell me that you were not able to continue on with the $24 a month because it was a promotion. That's definitely not what they said when you join on. In my opinion Covid hit, and they couldn't continue to sell them at $24 a month, and tried to make it like you were stupid, and that was the way it was all along. I told them I was not happy. I went to go on the Fabletics site to pay full price for a pair of leggings for someone else, and they have blocked me from purchasing anything from Fabletics, out of spite. I would never buy anything from them ever again.

I purchased 2 pairs of leggings for $24 as part of a sales promotion, but what I didn't realize was that I had become a "VIP member" as soon as I entered my credit card information. Unbeknownst to me, I was paying $65/month in membership fees to the tune of almost $700 over 10 months! I had no idea and when I went to cancel, I had so many issues accessing the account and there were no cancelation options. It took me 3 hours to figure it out, and I had to wait in a queue for the rep to phone me back. The 2 pairs of leggings were way too small, even though I ordered a larger size, and they ended up costing me $350 each. Do not buy from this shady and unethical company. This sort of business model is disgusting, especially when endorsed by a wealthy celebrity who's never had to worry about paying her heating bill in the middle of winter.

I cancelled my membership and they continued to take my money each month. Decided to just buy the active wear as couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle and hours of trying to get a refund AGAIN. I cannot get onto a single human as the order HAS NOT ARRIVED. The stupid automative chat system just looks up my email and says order shipped. There is now no record of my order, no credits and they have once again stolen my money. This company is despicable and people should be warned to stay away.

Very unhappy with the recent change in terms. When I skipped the month of November it stated that if a monthly purchase was not made only then would you be charged a £49 membership fee (as has been the case the past 2 years of my membership). On 24/11 I did make a purchase of £96 so had to accept the terms before doing so. I was then charged the £49 fee in December anyways! When I contacted customer service I received the response below.

With the VIP membership you have many great benefits such as early access to sales and new collections, new items that drop every Thursday only for you, free access to our FABLETICS FIT APP and an option to enjoy all that completely for free, all you have to do is log in between the 1st and the 5th of the month and push the button on the main page that says ‘skip the month'. If you don't, and you get charged, dont worry, you will still be able to spend that money in the form of a member credit on your account with an even higher value up to 80 pounds or exchange it for a 2-piece outfit, for a whole year, we also send reminders 3 months before they expire.
Its upsetting to be given this generic response as a loyal customer of 2 years. With such a significant change to their terms I would expect to have received an email outlining the changes. This feels like a sneaky way to extract more money out of the members. I will be cancelling my membership.

I ordered some shorts and khakis on 21 November and the tracking number showed the shipping label was created 23 November. After a week I noticed the tracking number still showed it hadn't even been shipped so I called. They said it had been shipped through Pitney Bowes and would be there 10 December at the latest. When I checked with Pitney Bowes it showed the same as USPS, the shipping label was created but the item never shipped. On 10 November I called and they told me to wait until 13 November. I waited and no dice. When I called they told me they would reship my order, but the pants were now put of stock. When I asked them to provide rush shipping so I didn't have to wait another 14+ business days they said they couldn't do that. Both shipping sites still showed the package never shipped and the company did NOTHING to make it right. Horrible business practice.
Update:
Fabletics contacted me and stated my refund had been processed but did nothing to make it right. If I wanted the money I wouldn't have TRIED to buy your products. There was nothing to make up for my hours on hold or trying to figure out where the package was that never shipped after a month.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
