The way member credits work don't feel super great a lot of times. For instance, I would like to get some of the underwear options using member credits. However the value on them is in the teens which makes it feel like a waste since the credit costs about $50. I wish there were two packs of underwear or similarly low priced items that member credits could be used on.

It's a complete waste of money and the quality has gone far down. I was getting charged double a month, randomly in the middle of the month. And every time I try to cancel there is always a stipulation of why I shouldn't cancel. Even if you use your credits, your hard earned money, you still have to pay more after. The entire system is a complete scam and it's unfortunate I have credits left, because I would rather just get my money back.

I have found the products I have purchased lately to be ill fitting; the return process is a drag so they get donated. I have been a customer for a long time and feel the organization is going downhill fast. :( It seems the prices have always been higher than most, but the fabrics and fit were always a consideration. Now, that quality has been lacking. The pants are constantly sliding down so I am trying to run with the crotch of the pants about 2" below where it should be. Sad...

Have purchased shirts, work out bras and spandex pants from Fabletics. Have not been very pleased with sports bras and shirts... fit was off either to big or small and just didn't fit right. I have liked some of their spandex pants, but not all. I feel like you still have to pull them all up from time to time. My favorite line is their Pure Luxe. They're soft and come in great colors you can't find anywhere else

I have enjoyed most of my products that I have purchased off of this website. It took a little bit to figure out what fabrics I liked because I didn't enjoy all of them. I have had my first pair of leggings over a year now, and they still feel great! A few of the lighter sets of leggings are still very see through. I also would receive my shipments in a timely manner. However, this last order has taken a little over a month for them to ship out. Overall, a great experience!

I absolutely loved Fabletics when it first started. I thought the price for VIP was good and for $50 you could get a great workout outfit. Now most outfits are closer to $80 or more. Also, they are constantly changing what leggings, bras, shirts are available to purchase so if you have a favorite piece, you have a very short period to but before they evolve to the next hip clothing type. And even if you can find a legging or top you love, it's rare you can find it in your size even just a few days after it goes for sale. I think they need simplify and to go back to the way it used to be.

I usually bought other brands for my excercise clothes, I'm a yoga teacher all over the world, and I need to keep a nice, cute and cool look, while feeling fabulous, and not spending all of my money while achieving that.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
