I purchased shorts from them on line. The next thing I know they're hitting my account for a $50+ monthly "Membership" fee. I'm still trying to recover that but their customer service is almost nonexistent! Additionally their merchandise is not even high quality!
I absolutely love shopping at Fabletics! Friendley faces, fashionable pieces and great prices! Five stars everytime I shop Plus sales and promotions are so worthy!
I always have a shipping delay even if I pay extra if I enter my po box. Usually if the carrier a company uses does not ship to a po box it will not allow you to enter one. Fabletics lets you enter po boxes but then my package gets held at a facility and i have issues trying to locate my package. Recently they switched the carrier to a company i never heard of called ontrac and when i received a text saying they were not able to deliver I thought it was a scam, until i tried tracking my package and again they said it was undeliverable because they could not verify my physical address and now im still waiting on my package, usually to receive the things I order it takes more than 2 weeks

I called to cancel my subscription in March. The service rep. Kept me on the phone for at least 15 minutes, trying to convince me to keep my subscription going. In April my subscription was still alive and kicking. I have tried to call since, but not been able to get through. Your auto recording says it can't find an account for me with my phone number. So again this month I had to go online and choose NOT to be billed. I like your products, however, I don't need 12 sets per year.

I love Fabletics. The clothing is so comfortable. I am a plus sized woman and it's hard to find workout clothing that is cute. I appreciate that Fabletics offers clothing for everybody.
Customer service was not helpful nor knowledgeable about the specific products for which I had questions. The delivery took almost two weeks. And the sports bra, which is supposed to be for high intensity work outs, keeps unzipping during the warm ups. During the works outs I have to continuously keep zipping it up.

Good quality clothing but shipping just takes so long that it's not worth it to me even though when I complained about shipping the company did compensate me, which was nice... But I will not be making anymore purchases.
Have enjoyed the quality of the shirts shorts and pants. Turn time is quick ordering is easy. VIP credits are marginal in cost savings. Using one VIP credit for a pair of shorts or shorts and a T-shirt is poor. Return on investment.
All of the flares I got were the perfect length, I'm 5'4 and got the short length. All 8 pairs of leggings I got were true to color and fit great.
Let start by saying the very first pair pants i got were absolutely great, but the problem was I order 6 pair of pants, buy it took over 2 weeks to receive just one so called customer service and was told me I would them in 4 days, after waiting another 2 weeks I went the account to see the status of delivery, found out the order had been canceled, but when you go on there website they show plenty of them, they show that they had no intention of delivering more than one, if any items are on sale u will receive only to me this is a scram! Very dissatisfied

I always get great products from fabletics. The sports bra I purchased this time was an odd fit but the other items were perfect and I love the red shorts.
The survey was fine and not to long, easy to go through the whole process. Don't think it is necessary to make describing my experience that has to be a least one hundred characters long that is a over kill, option should be you can type as much as you wish or as little as you want.
High quality products and top notch service. The sizes are accurate, and the craftsmanship is amazing. Thank you Fabletics!
They overcharge my account without my knowledge return and exchange are hassle. First time I ordered from the websiteI will never order it again.

I think the product was good value and quality but, the way the subscription is set up, You have to buy about $70 worth of product each month. I do not need that much stuff. Therefore, this did not work for me.
I love Fabletics products! I've exercised 5-6 days a week for nearly 40 years and they are the best athletic gear I've ever owned. Plus, I love the fact that it doesn't feel like there is any deception or manipulation to squeeze every penny they can out of me. It is easy to either purchase my member credit each month, or to skip it.
I love Fabletics clothing and scrubs! The problem is that they are way too expensive and I was pissed that I was being billed for a monthly fee just to be a member. Thats why I canceled my membership! NOT okay!

The monthly membership cost is too high, and some of the products are priced ridiculously compared to other brands. Often out of sizes in the bundles, so have a hard time ordering things.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
