Shorts are great but it wasn't made clear that I was signing up for membership then skipped the month before the deadline but still got charged and NOT refunded! Won't be ordering again! Or recommending! Telling others to beware and READ THE FINE PRINT! But...Bad business or your part!
My first purchase came with an automatic monthly charge that somewhere required an opt- out rather than an opt-in. That is underhanded. Although the product was good I will never shop with them again.
First off the the high waisted maternity leggings were the best gift for an expectant woman/mom! I purchased 2 sizes as a gift for my niece so she could be comfortable wearing them throughout her entire pregnancy. It was so simple to do on the Fabletic's website, especially since they shipped them to her directly! I love the merchandise they offer along with the convenience of online shopping!
Didn't know this was a monthly charge. Email was sent to junk file. I told you several times I'm a cancer patient and couldn't afford the charge. You ignored my requests. Couldn't afford my meds but you didn't care. Writing this from my hospital bed, but what do you care. Almighty dollar is more important than a mere poor person.
While the styles were really cute, the fit of the clothes didn't fit my body type very well. After exchanging an order of 3 items, 2 didn't work for me. After trying different styles and sizes I just gave up and went with more of the one thing that did fit. I just didn't see the cost for the value of what I was getting.
These clothes are of the upmost quality and get stretchy breathable materials. I am adding so many to my causal and business outfits.
I was surprised last April to found out that I have 11credits or points in Fabletics until I reveived their email. I am NOT aware that their is a monthly deductions in my CC aftwr.my 1st purchased last May 2023. However, thay were able to reversed 7 credits and I must use 4 credits for purchases.
I would like to mentioned also that few.people I knew experienced the same (unknowingly CC being deducted monthly).
Overall, product quality is good. The lightweight materials and comfort are worth the price on the items I've gotten
Anyhow, I keep my membership. And yes, I am aware now about the monthly deductions. ;)
Small shorts had a tiny hole once washed it turned into a huge hole
I started purchasing Fabletics back in 2022 and have not looked back.
They are my number one choice for athletic shorts for the gym, for swimming, for running...you name it.
They fit great, they wear extremely well, and they do not shrink.
They dry fast, and the styles are incredible. I often use my credits as a VIP member to purchase gifts for friends. They are always a hit.
Timely delivery. I like the fit better than the for "thick" girls better than the other popular brands. Will buy again.
I have ordered from you for well over a year and have had nothing but problems getting my things delivered! I actually just CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU TODAY DUE TO ANOTHER ORDER THAT IS MISSING!
I have nothing bad to say about this brand. The clothes quality is amazing and they offer so many colors and styles! They have a wide range of sizes which is nice to see! Not to mention the good deals they have all the time! I have particularly loved my experience at the university store. Stacy is such an amazing asset to Fabletics and has made my experience 100/10 each time!
Good quality items and great when they're on sale. The 24/7 tee is my go to everyday wear! But the website definitely needs work! Hard to find certain items and if you want a different color they're are in different places sometimes and need to surf the website to find the specific color. Also can't just swap sizes or change colors from cart. Need to delete it and add again. We should be allowed to use member credits for sales like the Father's Day bundle.
Product quality is really good however, very expensive. You can find great deals from time to time. The membership concept is cumbersome (you either get a monthly fee that counts toward a VIP credit or you have to log in each month and skip the month to avoid being billed). This is somewhat annoying. The shipping take a very long time. My last order took almost 2 weeks to receive. If it wasn't for the good quality and wide variety of colors, etc... I would not have shopped here. I will check back in a few months and update whether I will remain a member.
Love the product but it takes too long to get it delivered!
I don't love that subscription services. When I skipped my first week, they still charged me. Luckily, when I called them on it, they gave new my money back. I had some returns from my first order, but they didn't refund my money out give store credit. I had to call them on this too. They did pay me back. I worry about people who don't check their statements. I'm not sure if this an intentional practice, but it doesn't look good that twice I was charged and had to call them about my refund.
Products are nice and affordable when you use the subscription. Just keep an eye on your account.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
