Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

The fabric was of very poor quality and had pills in the fabric.
The absolutely shady way the subscription works (hiding skip buttons and making you click multiple times in order to not be charged and making it extremely difficult to cancel) is frankly sick. The fact "sales" are usually for items that are 95% out of stock so aren't really sales at all because you need to buy multiple pieces, often, to get a full discount (or anything you might buy on sales is out of stock) is also just anti-consumer. The only reason Fabletics gets any stars at all is because the clothes are legitimately high quality and very nice. It's a shame they can't allow their product to speak for itself and have to resort to despicable, pathetic money grubbing that makes me almost never buy from them even though I actually love the clothes.
XS is rarely available on n XS in any bright colors only blah blue, black, green, brown etc. I feel I've wasted my monthly payments bc there is never anything available in my size.
They are very misleading, did not have the sz or color. But I like the fit.
After being a Fabletics member for only a few short months I cancelled. Though they say they are size inclusive the items I received had to be ordered 2 sizes larger then what I typically wear. Additionally, the 3 months worth of credits I had accumulated don't seem to be able to be used. Items are shipped to addresses not on my account, or never received, credits not refunded, it was a whole mess really. Sad because I wanted to love it.
Love all the shorts with one exception; I have a pair of workout shorts with only one left small pocket. All my other shorts are great.
I made my first purchase from Fabletics for an overseas trip - a pair of water resistant pants for $80. I had to create an account to purchase them (which was annoying...just take my money!) & was barraged with messages about signing up for their VIP program to get the pants for $20. I opted to pay $80 for the 2X pants. They arrived & were too big, so I took them into a local store to exchange them for a 1X (in hopes that I could try on the 1X). They didn't have them in stock, so they said they'd do the exchange for me & have the 1X shipped to me. Cool. Then she was like, "Oh, you got them for the VIP price. They're $90." No, ma'am. Long story short, she said she'd honor my $80 price via a store credit adjustment. Then she tried to sell me the VIP program. I said no. She persisted. I told her I'd opt to remain a peasant. She didn't think I was funny. So we got the deal done, & I eventually received the 1X pants in the mail...which were too snug. (Why is there such a huge leap between these sizes?) So I gave up, bought my needed pants from another retailer, & submitted for a return for the Fabletics pants. I received an email saying the deed is done & find that they've issued me a store credit. Come to find out, because that straight-faced lady at the store did some magic adjustment to honor the original price, the return was only eligible for a store credit...since this 2nd pair of pants was "bought" with a "store credit." I ended up spending over 4 hours trying to get in contact with an agent to request an actual monetary refund. I finally received the paper check in the mail. So yeah. Given that first experience with Fabletics, I'm not signing up for a second experience.
Since Fabletics has hidden the button to skip a month on my subscription, it looks like I will need to cancel. Too bad.
Good quality products but I find you have low stock on popular items that you advertise.
Love the products but the website and shipping is so bad.
Shipping takes absolutely forever. Shipping label is made right away but it takes days for the package to leave the warehouse. This is probably the only company now that offers slowest shipping.
Also, when I get an email with the tracking number and click the tracking number, it doesn't track the package.
I have had a change in income and had to cancel my VIP for a time. I had one credit so I ordered, they sent it to the wrong address so it was returned when I called and they only had 2 of the 3 items of the outfit in stock so they said they would give me a credit for the leggings. It turned out they gave me $30.00 credit and all the leggings are $70.00 so I can't purchase anything without renewing my VIP. I feel this is a very shifty sales tactic. Won't be renewing even if I can afford it down the line.
I've recently had two customer service interactions with purchases made online with Fabletics. For the first contact, an item in the order was incorrectly selected and I was able to call customer service and had the issue resolved within 5 minutes. I didn't have to go through the whole song and dance that you are usually forced to endure when contacting a company's customer service department and the lady I spoke to was very nice and willing to help. For the second interaction, I was looking to purchase a specific item online but wanted to get some feedback from a store representative to a) see how the sizing runs for the item and b) see if they had any in store. The lady that I spoke to when I called the store was super helpful and went above and beyond to go look at the options and came back to me with even more information than I requested. It just showed that she valued me as a customer and it wasn't a burden for her to take the time to gather the information I needed. I really appreciated both of these Fabletics employees. They both represented the brand well and portrayed a kindness and professionalism that is not so commonplace anymore.
I ordered some items that were too small. The return process was easy and fast, and I was able to exchange the items for ones that fit.
I had a credit that was about to expire so used it to avoid losing my money. The whole idea of charging you monthly unless you opt out is ridiculous and once my second credit is used I'm canceling my subscription. Not worth it imo.
I purchased a scrub set and a personalized lab coat as gift for my daughter.
I double checked spelling on personalization and it arrived with last letter missing. I called many times to try to mail back to correct. Each time was told final sale. All that was needed was additional letter. I was paying shipping. Ridiculous.
Item worthless with wrong name.
I am very happy with my purchase at Fabletics, the uniforms are of very good quality and give your body a good shape, I recommend it.
I have bought 4 pairs of shorts from fabletics and I love them. But the process of making a membership for a free trail, then purchasing clothes, then canceling the membership is very tedious. But its all ti sjip the 60 dollar a month membership fee to make their clothes a somewhat reasonable price.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
