Bought 3 pairs of girls boots and pair of boys shoes. They are already starting to break down after just a couple months. Very disappointed in the quality of these products from this company.

I thought when you take money out that is your you vip credits then you have your reward points too and a 10.00 credit went to use it and ended up paying more money additional than just my credit not understanding how this works

I was a VIP and was charged the membership fee because I forgot to cancel at the beginning of the month. I got charged the $50.00 and when I went to select my items, the cost was like 10 dollars a pair and I was only allowed 2 pair. I was basically ripped out of 30 bucks. Their shoes are really cute and I get that you need to cancel to avoid the membership fee, but to me it's not worth it. You are only allowed two VIP items.

I bought my daughter's boots, and my son a pair of boots last year. My oldest daughters boots were way too big. So she's couldn't even wear them last year. So this year, she's worn them MAYBE 3 or 4 times, and her one boot completely fell apart... I reached out to see if they would do anything. I know the company I work for takes care of the customer, but it was wishful thinking in this case. I know it was over the 60 days return window, but they didn't offer a coupon or anything. Just a "Thanks for being understanding" so be it. I don't plan to purchase again.

I love fabkids but find some items don't last long. Anythjng with lights does not last past one rain. This is always sad to the kids so I don't buy these now

I purchased 3 pairs of boots for my granddaughter.
I ordered 3 pairs of size 2 the combat boots came in a size 13. But it was too late to send back.
We bought two pairs of light up shoes. One pair stopped working after a month. We returned them for a replacement. The replacement also stopped working within a month.

The prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. The shoes scratch easily and they are hard and stiff. The quality is not good. The shoes do not last long at all.

These shoes are cute, but quality isn't great. My son goes through them quickly. Probably about as good as Walmart brands. He tends to go through shoes really fast anyway, that's why I shop here. Much cheaper than Walmart, but lasts about the same amount of time. I plan to continue shopping here for him.

Everything was fine up until my subscription couldn't be canceled and Fabkids took $50 out of my bank account. Even after I told them I wanted my subscription to be canceled. That I did not have the money to put towards more shoes at the time. Seeing as how I just got some for my daughters for the beginning of the school year. Then I got ahold of Fabkids customer service on the phone and they said they were going to cancel my subscription. Nope, they didn't. They skipped a month. So not only were they going against my word, they also tried charging me again for the fourth time in a month. All in all I won't be going back. Unprofessional and dishonest!

I cancelled monthly auto charge and didn't catch the charge continuing the first month after cancelation but did for October.
When I called in regarding this I was told I only qualified for the one month refund.
I have shopped for school wardrobe for grand-daughter every year for three years, maybe four but will no longer.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
