Ordered shoes on 7 August delivery date was supposed to be on August 19 still no updates on our packages and it is already August 20 and apparently my package is still in Atlanta Georgia and has been for two days maybe three it's been almost 2 full weeks and still no package or update
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and several clothing pieces and all of them are such cheap quality. The one pair of shoes is already separating from the sole and my daughter wore them once at the playground one afternoon. The leggings are very thin, as are the dresses and skirt I ordered. I would not recommend any of the items.
Shipping also took a long time. When I attempted to call to discuss the issues with quality, twice I requested a call back and never received one. Poor customer service.

I made an order on 2 August, tracking number said delivery eta 13 August, contacted CS on 15 August and was told delivery window was open until 16 August; contacted CS again 18 August, again told order was within delivery window that should have closed two days prior! But was assured 'order will arrive Monday or Tuesday', still no delivery! Finally issued refund! Will never order again! Total scam!
