I ordered 5 garments in April and as of June 20 (2020), only 2 have arrived. There is no receipt/invoice in the bags and while I've contacted Cozymoda (the company with whom I placed the order) about returns, I've heard NOTHING. Do NOT do business with this company.
With great joy I received my parcel from Fab, and it boosted my faith in mankind - until I opened the parcel. Instead of a Cotton Linen blouse and pants, I received, what I can only describe as flimsy polyester blouse and pants - fit only for bed... unless you sleep alone and had nothing else to wear.
To the Company Director of this company - I once again repeat, KARMA. One day, somehow, somewhere... KARMA comes back to all of us.
I placed an order in mid January, they withdrew my payment, but I still WAITING for what I paid for in good faith - $143.00. I beleive in KARMA - I hope you are reading this FAB
I order my items April 18 and I wish I ve know about this site. Inever received my merchandise. I order mask gloves and sanitizer for the house and my mom house because she has cancer and not able to get around in this time of need. I hope whover this is het prosecute for all this
We ordered toilet paper as well as other items we couldnt find in stores in our area. The co name is Overstorage.com. We got one item later than promised but figured they are backed up with orders so no problem. Our toilet paper came but twenty tiny rolls from china. Not the popular deluxe brand name we paid for. Tried to email co. And they said no email with co. So emailed again. When our bank statement came it has FabFasion.com is who collected our money. Cant find them either. I have found six different names they are doing business under. Total scam! We contacted our bank n they canceled card. I have half a mind to order a couple hundred in items a let them try to collect it. Photo is reg roll n what we were sent.
I found ad on boredpanda.com. I feel Google is behind this cuz they allow these ads knowing people have many complaints. $$$ more important than people! Especially during world crisis. Shame!
I ordered three dresses and was charged within days of ordering. It took three week to get one dress. I never received the other two. No way to contact vendor and because they are located more than 100 miles and out of my state, my credit card company will not credit.
I ordered my hand sanitizer Apr. 9.2020. And it never delivered. They charge whole amount right away and that's it. No order confirmation email. No nothing. I ordered from my phone. It's a international fraud company. Be careful.
Placed order over 2 months ago, was billed and never received masks. Unable to contact company, called credit card company and had charges reversed. Rating should be "zero".
We spent our money and were scammed, money is long gone. Company agreed to a refund months ago and are not returning emails
I ordered three items from Mauveshore/Adoresea. One item was shipped a month and a half later. I have sent several emails to customer service email address and have received no response at all. I too regret not checking reviews for this company. It wasn't until I received my credit card statement yesterday that I saw the company name of Fab Fashion Ltd. Terrible service. Terrible company. Their website made it look like they were not a foreign company.
Horrible customer service, slow shipping, I ordered May 3,2020. Got tracking info May 8 and all it said was left Chino, California. Still not received 5/21/20! No way to call them. Will be reporting to BBB in Chino. This is some kind of scam! Have contacted credit card company to request refund! Disgusting company!
After reading the reviews i am sorry i didn't read first,, my mistake i normally do anyway trying to get ahold of a address or phone number to speak with someone in charge, i purchased 3 blouses, took forever to get them, finally got them try them on and they are to small i ordered 2x large normally wear large. Thinking if i needed to i could take them in some... OF COURSE THEY ALSO HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE PRODUCTS... NOW I NEED TO RETURN. AND I'M WONDERING WHY THIS CO OR WHATEVER THEY ARE? HAS NOT BEEN TURNED IN TO BBB...
I ordered PPE items April 14,2020. Never received confirmation emails, nor emails explaining progress. I should have known ordering PPE items was too good to be true, but I still hoped. I thought my order took longer given the over increase of orders to protect from Covid 19. I finally attempted to contact them to check on my order and luckily I found these reviews and it all made since... I immediately filed a claim with my bank.
I ordered a swim suit. They got my money and a month later I still have nothing. This is stupid. They should be shut down!
I saw the ad on Facebook and decided to order sanitizers and hand-wipes. Never received my order and tried to contact the company over and over no response. Received tracking of some kind and no telling where my package. I called my bank to get charges reverse. I very pissed off. Lesson learned.
I ordered this, and their website gave ZERO indication my masks wouldn't ship immediately. Thirty days later-nothing. No response when I e-mail "customer service". I'm going to go to my credit card provider to claw my money back.

Well I ordered a mask off of swagcover and did research a little bit but not well enough. I purchased the mask on April 21st and here it is a month later and no mask. I paid $26 for this and will take it as a loss since I haven't received a product. I have had email correspondence and fortunately for me I screen shot my orders after purchase with companies. They claim they didn't have an order number but I sent them my screen shot of them thanking me for my purchase. If I have known this company was based in Hong Kong I would NEVER have ordered. Do NOT order from companies you aren't familiar with. Lesson learned but I'm out of $26 now!
I have been trying to reach them via email since April 2020. I have not received an products and can not get any answers to my emails. I checked the shipping number for the UPS tracking and to fine that number for tracking can not be found. NEVER ORDER anything from this company.
Just want people to know my phone number *******238 has been put in as a contact phone number I have nothing to do with fab fashion I put a order in and never received my order either. Please remove my phone. This is so wrong what they are doing to people remove my phone number
