My daughter really liked everything, but the shoes they were easy to scuff up like they were painted with paper. I was not real happy with the shoes either for as much as they cost she wore them one time and what ever they were coated in by the end of the night it was like she had taken rocks or something and rubbed off the color. The site is easy to navigate, great choices and they respect the size very well, the tailored version and overall look is great. I was very happy and it had a great success among my friends and colleagues.
Unfortunately I noticed that certain part of the costume were not sewed but glued on after washing them, so I'll have to sew them back before I wear it next time. Also the scratches rather than buttons for certain part of the costume make it a little cheap for the price. But they hold good so it's not a let down, but for my love of details I was a little disappointed.

Communication problems! I needed help with sizing as I was confused by the international sizing. After placing my order I thought I was wrong about sizing and changed the order. I admit I was wrong to keep asking for changes, but what I really needed was help with sizing. These boots were being made for a costume for a 9 year old girl in American size 3. I did explain this on an email in about 2-3 days after placing my order all order. They basically came back and said it was too late. If I wanted to cancel they would still charge me half the price of the order. So I said I wanted to cancel. It did not happen. I received the boots 3 days after Halloween (and I had placed the order about a month prior to. It was supposed to arrive within a week of the 31st, which was a 2-3 week shipping time. I will admit my original measuring was correct and the boots did fit her. But, I don't she will be able to wear them next year? Anyway, it was just lack of customer support that I am complaining about.
The pants were too large and poofy. They were closer to the pants MC hammer wore than the pants of a Japanese uniform.
