This is my first time buying something here if it fits me perfectly and arrives in good conditions I'm definitely buying more often here. And tell my friends to buy their cosplays here.
It arrived on time, and the product got many compliments. Very nice.
The product received was more then difficult to put on without instructions I felt I was actually missing a few wires or strings in the waist that would have made it so much easier but all in all it arrived in time and it was kinda cool to wear. It was awesome but a bit expensive for the quality of the individual items as a whole.

Bought from EZCosplay last year and the quality of the costume I got was...okay. One wear and I already feel like it'll have to be retired after 2 more uses. It seems to run bigger than expected (I got the XL because that's what the measurements seemed to say would be best for me, should have gotten an L). I felt like certain things could have just been better quality or with better attachments. I didn't like how the back bow safety pinned on - it was WAY too heavy for the dress fabric.
Ordering was easy and the quality of the product was very good and as described online. The order form asked for your measurements, which I submitted; however, the pieces were extremely large and I had to have them tailored after I received them which was disappointing.
I've bought a wig for a cosplay i'm currently working on! Shipping was fast and it got here really fast! So I thought i'd purchase from here again! :)
I received broken items
Overall it was fine. I did have some trouble paying with a debit card online because of my bank, so I had to use pay pal. The costume I ordered was canceled b/c it wouldn't arrive by Halloween, I do appreciate them telling me that and being honest, I still kept the shoes I ordered b/c they said it would probably make it before 10-31-18 which it did, my overall experience was good and I appreciated Luft communicating by email with me about my order.
Ezcosplay were great to work with! Their website is simple to use and the long wait for shipping is worth it.

We ordered a Kanna Costume last year and were stopped for pictures at least 14 times, the website is super easy to navigate too.
Great choice of costumes of things that I like, but would like size charts to be better.
Really well made, quality material, highly recommend!
