It was a decent experience. I just wish that there was a picture of the product and not of the character. I feel I would have known more as to what to expect. I love my coat I ordered just a couple easy things to change to make it more like the actress's coat

Easy navigation with descriptive measure guides
Received within acceptable time frame, but the product received was way too small despite being the "same size" as multiple other products I ordered from the site. Upon trying to discuss with customer service they claimed it was supposed to be that way because of the different fit, which is incredibly incorrect if following how measurements are supposed to be made when following a size chart and comparing to the other items that possess the same size chart.
Shipping was fast through fedex and the prop was great quality as a base. I'll be repainting it and adding some details, but I expected to do that before purchasing.
I am really pleased with the jacket I ordered. Runs true to size. It's big on me because of my lower weight, but I got a medium because of my height. I got what I expected, which is a good thing. LOL!

Outfit!
The majority of the costume looks great and fits pretty well. However the boots are rather small so I suggest giving a larger size when giving the measurements for them. There is also a cloak that the costume comes with that was impossible to put on. It had been sized properly to my neck but there was no way to get it over my head, so I made alterations and had to cut the neck area open and add some extra cloth to cover it up. Otherwise my order arrived promptly and looks great.

The overall experience was very good. They always checked in with me to see if they were making my order right and made sure I was happy with it. They sent it way before my delivery date I set and the product was exactly what they advertise. Very good and trustworthy!

The site is great, I'm very happy with the product. The delivery is super expensive but i get that's to be expected with the distance its going. What drove me crazy is the delivery but that's not the sites fault, it got to Gothenburg fine but then I just decided to collect it after they messed up once since I couldent take the chance. Then I got a bill for tolls which needed to be paid but I was still mad at them since idd already paid for seven busses and a train that day to go finish their job for them. I'll definetly come back to the site, it's brilliant so the delivery service isn't a deal breaker
