The wig i orderd was exactly like the one in the picture, so in short, perfect^^
(it was very nice quality, and it had great volume wich is perfect for styling)
The package arrived within the estimated time frame. The bangs of the wig needed to be cut to the correct length, but the rest was as advertised.
I really enjoy the fact that you don't just get automated messages when there is a potential problem with an order and, instead, a real person will contact you.
I'm not one to ask for any major changes to an item but I decided to swap accuracy for comfort with boots I most recently ordered. I was really excited to open my package and see that they were made with a flat sole instead of a heel (and, yes! Really comfortable!)

It was a good Costume and fabric
So happy! I need to tweak it just a little, but that's mostly just to add a hook and eye closure to the jacket to keep it a little more closed. Love it!

Love the communication about products. Ordered right before the Chinese New Year and was notified in a time manner that nothing would be shipped out till after. I got everything within a few days of shipment and everything was exactly as expected.

Super nice to me, the dress came in on time once it was shipped. The dress was a custom order and communication was pretty good, the only problem being that I requested something to be not on the dress that I was planning on getting myself that came on the dress but can be easily removed so that's not a big issue. This site is perfect for first timer cosplayers that can't sew that well or at all and the fabric is really nice. The dress I got is a bit too long and a bit lose on the top, however nothing a little hemming and tucking can't fix. Although this may be a bit of a problem for someone who needs the cosplay to be fitted on arrival. Overall this site is really nice and custom orders are easy to make.

The belt was complicated at first, but I was able to figure it out. And the shirt was too small to wear. So I had to order a new one. But overall the outfit looks cool to wear.

I ordered a Mr. Compress cosplay and Bunny (Barnaby Brooks Jr) cosplay. I am overall satisfied, and considering ordering a third cosplay in the future.
The cosplays are nice, I ordered both to take off the stress of making them myself, with the understanding they may need alterations. And with that in mind, I think they are good starting points for a cosplay, but I would say having knowledge of sewing is necessary if you order here, so you can alter them to work the best.
BUT There are some bizarre construction issues with each cosplay, and the pants for both, while they fit, I will not be using. The materials used for the pants feel awful on the legs and feel like they'll fall apart at any time. The arm holes of the coat and shirt for Compress are too small for the size I picked, and end up being tight and restricting. One sleeve of Bunny's jacket has a twist in the liner, making it almost impossible to get my arm through. I will be modifying both to be wearable.
