The site was easy to use and navigate. The prices are pretty high compared to Amazon which is the same or close enough product. However the product it self was garbage. The material was so cheap that was used. I'll probably never use this site again

Overall the costume is very good. The belt was to small and the boots are a size to small. Everything else was good!

Coat was a little too long, will self-tailor it. The scarf was soft, pans and boots the correct size, and love the prop sword and plushie! Both were good quality.

The quality of the product was great for the price I paid! The package also came before the ETA.

I honestly love this shop! My wig was great and can in earlier than i thought it would!

All the products are great, but the pants were way too big. I think it has been a mistake in the order.
I have solved it by sweing a bit. Not a big deal.

Great quality on my costume second time customer love the discount and the free gift however I gave measurements and the top half doesn't fit at all I can't put it on

Everything has been very easy to use, and I have had a positive experience with this website. I just hope that the costume will validate the high price point! Also, the shipping period was close to about a month and a half. It took way too long to arrive, especially considering that the costume came just about a week after the convention that I had planned to wear it to.
