Fabulous service
When my order came in there was marks all over it and a belt loop was not attached. The jacket was short. I did order it custom. The measure guide needs an overhaul.
I love the way it looks, but the main issue is trying to figure out where all the little extra parts go. Besides that i like it.
I was very disappointed that i did not recieve my cosplay on time, even though i told them when i needed it by and they never told me it would take longer. I also wasnt able to track my order without emailing them directly.

Very good quality product, everything is exactly as advertised, definitely worth the price payed. Delivery times and delivery fees are a bit on the frustrating side, but the product arrived in perfect condition during the specified window of time nonetheless. I suggest purchasing this product a month before the intended date of use, just in case.
Great item fits right
Color was completely wrong. I ordered a dark purple and got a bright pink. I sent an email explaining my disappointment and advising that I cant wear the dress for it's intended purpose. I got an apology and a lousy 10% back... so I get $13 back for a dress I can't wear.
They were friendly and it come right on time!
Great seevice
The product is very good quality. The sizing is just a wee bit off... But manageable. On the sizes... There could perhaps be a few extra measurements included to get it Just Right.
