The costume itself was okay. I small step up from generic costumes you can buy on Amazon. The quality is slightly better, but the tailoring was so-so if you spend extra for tailoring.

If you do use this company, order at least two months in advance. My biggest complaint is about clarity on when the costume could be made and delivered. I did not get the costume until 4 weeks after the date I requested it for a special Star Wars event. When I ordered I followed all the calendar "wear date" information and shipping time, I was given the impression I would get it for the event I wanted it for based on their website.

When I was 5 days away from my event, I had to contact them to find out if it would arrive on time. They told me it would not. I had to get another costume from another vendor on Amazon.

When you specify the "wear date" on the calendar, NO ONE will contact you to let you know if it will indeed be delivered on time. You will have to contact them.

When I found out I would not get it on time, I asked to cancel my order but they refused. The best I got was 10% reimbursed to me.

I will not use them again.

I ordered two pairs of customized boots for Sakura and Temari and a full Temari cosplay. I would recommend for absolutely everything you order, and even then make sure you over measure by a few centimeters or half inch because that tiny measurement makes all the difference. Be wary of shoe customization, the shoes for Temari only had a couple of measurements for the custom size and they won't zip up past my calf. The complete customization for Sakura's was much better, used every measurement I gave them, and they fit very well.

I love that you take into consideration the buyer's wear date. This is very considerate and something I have never seen before when buying cosplay. I've had many instances where I've purchased a cosplay with plenty of time for delivery and it hasn't showed up in time because the seller was not truthful about how long the delivery would take. My delivery arrived on time with nothing missing or damaged. I was very happy with one of the cosplays I purchased, it fit perfectly and was actually what I wanted. The other one, unfortunately, was almost perfect, but it came with a piece that was to big for me even though I had it custom made. My overall experience using ezcosplay.com was a good one, overlooking the one issue, and I will most likely use it again in the future.

I'm happy that I managed to find the costume that I've been looking for since not a lot of sites have the character that I've planned to cosplay. Everything about the experience was great, till the delivery process that took way longer than I expected it to go especially since I ordered a month in advance. Thankfully it showed up before my wear date for the upcoming con. I'm going to go with the idea that this time there were some complications outside of everyone's control because I am very happy overall with how the product I purchased turned out and will very likely buy from ezcosplay again in the future.
