There is a wide selection of costumes for sale, which is very nice! Most of the costumes seem to have good quality. Sometimes, costumes don't have a picture of the actual finished product, only a screenshot of the character (this was the case with my order), so it makes be a bit uneasy about what I will truly get. As for delivery time, it can take a long time depending on what is ordered.
Overall, EZ Cosplay looks like a good place to get some cosplays when you can't make it yourself.
My costume was so much better than I expected. Very good quality was a little big because I just ordered a size. Next time I would probably have them custom make for me and I will definitely use them again.
Love your site! Always a pleasure, unfortunatly this time the delivery was a week past my requested date which was within the available timeframe offered at checkout, i dont believe that the shipping price justifies it being late by a week thats my only complaint

My friend had used this site before and I was very impressed with the quality of her costume. So I got a costume myself, and I am very pleased to say mine is just as awesome!
Only complain is that the belt with the SOLDIER logo is not included and I couldn't tell that ahead of time because the costume just says it includes "belt" and it was talking about a different belt, but I got that covered.

There has been quite a few problems but the communication was mostly good so we could solve them together.
Nevertheless are the shipping costs way to high because you'll have extra costs dor the Zoll afterwards!

It was great overall, I'm happy my facebook alerted me to such a great deal. One thing I would add is I didn't expect shipping to be so much. I would like if I was told how much shipping is prior to checkout.

Customer service was great for the most part but I got my costume rather late. I was supposed to receive it beginning of May but it came 3 weeks later. The quality is OK--I ordered based off my measurements and it was still rather big. Last time I ordered, the costume was too small in some places and too large in other places. It was an easy fix, but still rather annoying. I don't mind ordering from here again cuz the sales reps are super helpful, but the quality and timing could improve A LOT

The product is excellent...avoid cancelling order in this site even if you did it within 24 hours...they will still charge you.
Lots of costumes to choose from and your able to give specific sizes. I hope mine fits. Everything fits except for the gloves. Trying to work with the company for a solution. Hopefully we can get it all worked out. Very friendly customer service. I hope to find a solution to the gloves.
