Was a week late, multiple difficulties upon delivery.
Quick and easy to find items. Clear sizing options. Gloves could have been a little better quality and set up as fingerless as per character. However, that was an easy enough modification to do once they arrived. Was a little concerned about the cosplay arriving in time and had great communication with EZCosplay. Very responsive and the cosplay even arrived a day prior to the wear date I had given with the order. Excellent job and will keep them in mind for professional, well made, and accurate cosplay for those times I may not have the time or skill to make it myself.
The Glass(RotSH) costume quality overall was much lower than the price I paid would suggest (and I bought them under a 20% discount!). But the main reason I gave this one star was the weapons. Out of 4 items for the full costume, the weapons were nearly half the price I paid in total. They were accurate in basic shape and color but were cheaply glued together and arrived with a broken piece. The gemstone was faceted when it should have been smooth which detracts from appearance and accuracy. The fan blades do not open fully as expected but i guess the stretchy loops kind of give it a retractable spring effect. Most of the price apparently went towards the labor rather than visual or physical quality.
I found that my shopping experience with this site went very smooth. I found everything I needed and I will be shopping again very soon.

The item shipped after the deadline however but as I had set the deadline a few days before the actual wear date it arrived just by the skin of my teeth for the con aha
The only problem I have is that the blue dye from the sleeves and thighsocks bled everywhere so anything that rubbed against it had blue stains :(
Overall my cosplay was fantastic except for the scabbard that came with my knife. It was very cheaply made and came out of the package unglued. Having a hard time with customer service understanding my issue. But aside from that my outfit was amazing and a huge hit(Arya Stark season 8)
This is the second time I'm buying from here. First time went smooth let's hope for the best the second time around.
This site just opened a new world for me. I usually try to make my costumes but some pieces never end up right, so I'm glad to have a place to fall back on
The shopping for the cosplay and accessories is good, i can find what i need most of the time. But the only thing i don't really like here is the shipping cost. Sometimes it is way to big, atleast that's what i think. I don't know if you have had complaints from other people about this.
The product was excellent but the website was unclear about how long it would take to receive it. We received it after the event we needed it for. We even paid the extra 28 dollars for expedited shipping and confirmed our event date. It never said we wouldn't get it by that date, it was weeks after our event.

The boots are okay, but the decision to make them in multiple pieces is questionable. But it is still well made.
The quality is good and would recommend it but the wear date is useless it didn't arrive in the con and was disappointed.
The customer service is good but sometimes I feel like they don't care and the response is not 24/7 but again they make good cosplays and they should improve the way they respond to customers and not ghost them so that there's no concerns.
Anyways the cosplay is just sitting in the shelf for a year thanks

Throughout the process of getting a costume commissioned, I emailed with several different people instead of just one. Thus getting different answers from each. Some saying no and some yes to being able to make the costume. I would suggest they find a better way to follow up with customers and not have multiple people replying, which can end in different answers. Delivery was 4 days late which was ok because I didn't need it for the day I asked it delivered by, but if I had that would have been bad. Quality was really good so I'm happy with that. I'd give my experience an overall 4/5 stars and would recommend shopping here. Just give yourself plenty of time from delivery day and day you'll need to use your costume.
I find it shady that there are no pictures of the costumes provided with the listing, but my shipment had what was listed and even though it came late the quality of the outfit was good so I may look to purchasing more from this company.
Very lovely cosplay! Came with everything that it said it would and it all seems to be of a good quality. My only complaint is that it didn't arrive in time for the convention I was planning on wearing it to, despite ordering a month in advance. Besides that, I really enjoy this Mei cosplay! Just as cute as the in-game skin!
