I don't like that after a month from ordering that they suddenly realized they needed to deliver
First time buyer very pleased so far. The pants were a bit to small around the wait but the length was perfect. The shirt as a bit to short in the sleeve department but everything else was a perfect fit
Shoes came selling a little bit ashy but i'm currenrtly trying to air them out. They were a good fit as well, accurately made.
The wig is also great, minimal styling needed for the wig
You get what you pay for. Got an Arya Stark wig for that looked just awful for $20 plus another $20 for fast shipping. There was no way to pull the hair back to look anything like natural and the color was way too dark.

Wig really good quality
Firstly i recieved my product 2 weeks later than the maximum amount of time it was supposed to get here. * I PAID EXTRA FOR THE EXPRESS SHIPPING*
Second I paid extra for them to customize to my size, i recieved every item 2-4 inches smaller, than the measurements i put into the order. Your response was you could fix one of the items, or refund me 30% so i can get someone else to fix your tailors fault.
Thirdly the straps for the cosplay, were non existant, i never even recieved them, as well as the jewel for the pants, was no attached.
I didnt pay over $200 to fix and replair my own costume, that was your job, not mine. I will NEVER purchase from this site again, if i had read reviews first, i wouldnt still be going through the process of getting a refund and returning this god awful costume.
These guys have some good cosplay products and stuff you really can't get anywhere else! I did have a few issues with size but they were sorted out for me 8-D

The quality was great; the delivery was perfect. If anything; it was a little tight. I think, although my measurements that I submitted were correct (we even rechecked after we received it); things were a little to snug, I will just add 1 - 1.5" to all measurements next time and that should fix the issue! Thanks!
Main costume piece was too small, could not be worn, had to buy something else from Amazon to replace it in time for our wedding.
