First of all, my costume does NOT match the sizing chart. I sent pictures to show the measurements to customer service. I ordered a medium size, the measurements and the costume IS NOT medium at all, it fits more like its a small. When I brought it to the customer service attention and sent pictures, by their own admission they admitted it does look smaller. So instead of honoring YOU refund/exchange policy by fixing the mistake for free as stated on your website. I was told to find a local tailor to fix the mistake, and all I got refunded was 20% of the costume, nothing more. They didnt even bother to TRY and resolve this, instead they put it back on me to get it fixed. I ordered your Avengers Battle Suit PRIOR to this costume using the same size/measurements for MEDIUM and it FITS in fact there is a little more room. Nothing has changed in my size, since I had just recently used your service for a previous costume. There is no way those are the correct measurements for a medium size. I can barely get the pants on or any of the other pieces, I compared them to my 6 year daughter and they are SLIGHTLY bigger on her! Not by much if she were a little taller the costume would fit her just fine and she is over 4'5" tall! If the costume is that much bigger than she is, then YES IT IS A SMALL! I will do business elsewhere after this experience. Clearly this was a mistake on YOUR part, but you put it back on the customer to fix versus upholding your own policy, that's very bad customer service. I shared my experience with a couple of other cosplay friends, and showed them the costume, and the emails from customer service, I told them I would recommend they do business elsewhere since they saw how I was treated. In the future I will give my business to someone else, since your customer service has demonstrated how lacking they are in wanting to fix the issue.
