The boots I ordered did not come with a boots measuring chart, but received one by mail when I asked for it:)
Tho, I asked for my foot mesurement to be changed and the change was not made I think 'cause when I look at it it's at least 1 in too big. But it was my mesurement that was off when I first ordered so I gess it's a 50-50 problem here and I'm not mad or anything:)
I will surely buy here again if I need something similar :)
Way too confusing to order a product should be able to order right off of site instead of being redirected everywhere to pay.

The shipping is Crazy. I wanted to get 5 dresses but I dont want to pay for a huge shipping bill if they are all shipping together. I also dont like that you have to go through pay pal. Once the items arrived I was impressed. The dresses are great and not cheap material. My daughter absolutly adores them.
It was a lot of babysitting money but my 13 year old, my husband and I all very please with the quality of the outfit.

Good quality product and it only takes about 2 weeks to have the customized cosplay of Miyamoto Rei. It was very fast! Now we have all we need for our Highschool of the Dead's group!
Service and help with the delivery of the order was great. There was problems with delivery at DHL, but with your help they were solved.

I really thought I'm going to receive it on june 9 based on estimated delivery date. I was really happy that I receive it early and when I wore the boots it is comfortable =D
I was not sure at first if this item I ordered was going to come in on time however the customer service department always kept me informed and reassuried me that the item would be delivered on the date I requested.I must be honest I was not sure that this was going to have a good outcome. To my surprise the item came in on time and the quality was outstanding! My daughter was really happy with the costume and I will be shopping on this site again...I also will recommend them to others. The only complaint I have is in the way ordering information is worded. I was lead to belief that if you wanted a tailored made outfit that it would take three weeks and if not you would expect a shorter delivery date... However that's not the case.I was told that they are all hand made so that's why it take some time.unfortunately I learned of this fact after I placed the order. My only advise is to make sure you place your order in advance of the date of the event and don't waste money on expedited shipping because that just means they will mail it 2to4 days after its made ( 2 to 3 weeks).not worth 30.00 extra if you ask me. Overall my was awesome and i will shop on this again. Hope this was helpful. Lillian
Other than needing to give info on what a "wear date" is for fisrt time costumers or people that havent heard of this before its exellent.
Will also add that there really should be more larger sizes added to the chart as what i got could have been a bit larger for more comfort.

The shipping time was much faster than anticipated, and the product is gorgeous. I ordered a wig for a cosplay I will be doing. I have never used one, and did not know much about wig quality or materials. This particular item is amazing. Is feels very real, and is easy to style. Couldn't be happier. The color is a little different than how it looked, but that is to be expected over computer screens (:
For the custom section, there was not a field concerning arm length. There should be one just in case if the person's arm is longer or shorther than the specific size.
